    It's certainly the opposite at my gym :icon_wink

    I've started lifting four days a week all summer. Usually about 45 minutes each day and I alternate between biceps/chest/upper core to back/lower core. I've been taking one off day and playing basketball for 2-3 hours at the part on the other day. The results are pretty noticeable for what really isn't all that much effort; and I'm feeling great!

    Will be going outside to run in an hour. Exhausted already. Haha not a goodstart
