LOST 5 more pounds!!! / claps excitedly  Im down to 285. Ive had to nurse a bad lower back (sciatica + multiple bulging discs) for the past year. Exercising was out per doctors orders (I could only do my stretches) but I went on a diet the day that I got hurt. I was 370 and just dieting (eating healthier and less amounts mainly). Last week I got the ok to start exercising but I have to keep it light. My goal is to get down to 220 (where I was when I graduated high school). If/when I get there then I will set a new goal. I will update as I lose more.
Thank you for all of the support

I love this workout. It's in hungarian so probably not many of you will understand it, but you can see it, so:grin: She was a fitness world champion, I adore her.

Okayyyyyy so this is my debut into the thread!

Uhm, I'm pretty crappy at excercising so advice would be awesomeeeeeeee~

My goal: To become petite and healthy.
How I am atm: Not super overweight or anything, just a little chubby from vacation eating negligence 3:

So I know both diet and excercise are like, SUPER important, so I'll be doing both.
Food stuffs I'm not to worried about atm, so I was wondering if anyone had a full body routine I could do?

I have no problem building muscle, since I know it helps to burn calories when at-rest. Later if I don't want muscle I can just slack on the muscle building workouts, but for now I want to gain some for overall health and better results.
Literally the only things I know how to do atm are.... run and..... that AB video someone just posted D:

    Halp ;_;

oh! I'm so glad I found this thread! Lately I've been telling myself to start working out again but I've just been lacking any motivation. Last summer I lost about 7 lbs in 1 month (to impress a crush, go figure  ) I've got all the workouts and things I need, but I've needed a reason, and here it is! Anyone got any neat recommendations for workouts? Anything to make it a little more fun?

When me and hubby go to the gym together, we always exercise together, like a trainer and a trainee.

What you can do, is play music you love to exercise with. Think about crushes you have had in the past and think about how you want to look. If you have a bf, though, have him stand in front of you. Then when you completed a certain goal during your routine, he must remove a certain clothing item. If not a clothing item get put back on. That will greatly encourage you to exercise the right amount!

Hey everyone, great to see new people joining in! Sorry I haven't been around much, but I've been enjoying my vacation!

Been to yoga a couple times and I got a great deal from a personal trainer, so I started working out with her yesterday. It's fast paced! Lots of jumping jacks, burpees, pushups, squats, squat jumpers, planks, etc. It only lasts about 45 minutes, but that's plenty of time to kick my ass!

Did a second workout this morning and now I'm taking my son to the beach!

Went to the gym this morning. 30 minutes crosstrainer, 30 minutes bike. Then I went on rowingmachine but stopped after 10 minutes because my ankle started to hurt. Did about 20 minutes of strength training. I'm having a hard time staying motivated, especially on workdays. I know I have to keep pushing myself.

I've reached my goal today after starting to workout in feb. body fat % is at 8% now.

My abs are starting to show. And my back deltoids are forming and pulling me into proper posture, at least I felt like in the right posture.

200 pushups, 300 squats, 120 leg raises, 50 lunges, and 4 miles of running/jogging with 45 lbs worth of weights in a backpack! did I mention I evacuated my stomach contents 45 minutes into the workout?
