Who made you question your sexuality?

Still not sure if I am or not but started developing strong feelings for a friend of mine. It's confusing since I know I like guys too.

 

never questioned it, but I had a crush on a boy named Jesse when I was about 7 years old. Never thought at the time that it would be a thing like this. I thought it was just as normal untill I realized that Everyones parents where male and female so I got sad because I wanted to be with Jesse

 

I'm actually straight, but about a year back I was questioning, and this was triggered by a dream I had about me and one of my best friends. We were, um, kissing...? Anyway, I'd had dreams like this before, but the thing that made me question was that I woke up feeling aroused. A couple months later, a friend and I were watching a movie together and I felt a sudden urge to hug her or kiss her or something. Later, I realized that while I wouldn't be opposed to, say, doing a one-night-stand thing with a girl, I just couldn't picture myself in a stable dating/marriage relationship with one. Heteroflexible, I guess.

 

i do not know his name, but my family went on holiday to New York City (the best place on earth in my opinion, its truly a magnificence, but ill cut it short here or ill be gushing about it forever) he was this huge, incredibly muscly black guy with an army helmet, camoflage trousers and army boots, oh and just the harness.....just the harness. haha i may have stopped and stared a little bit....luckily my family didnt notice as the place was crowded haha.



you'd have thought this would have occured earlier, as i had VERY sexual dreams about male friends in the past. ive only ever had one friend at a time (did have a group of friends in primary school, but they all stabbed me in the back so to speak once secondary school began) and had that dream about all of them except the guy im friends with now, not even once. you'd think THIS would make me question....but no, my mind totally justified it even though i was into the dreams a bit haha.

 

Yes this person I met a few months ago. Random person who's supposedly straight. I'm like whaaat?

 

Pansexual just felt right, but maybe I started questioning if I was in love with my best friend first (I wasn't)? I love her, but no, not like that.

I read a lot of comics as a kid, Spider man had spin off featuring his villain Venom in the starring role. Pretty often he'd get seperated from his living suit and forced to run around all sorts of awkward public places completely nude. They also drew him as a buff beecake with long flowing blonde hair. I'd just start getting fixated on the idea of this buff naked guy running around and I've never been the same

About 2/3's of the way through Janie, the protagonist, kisses her love interest Benjamin Burrows (on a icebreaker going to the Artic). Meloy's writing was so descriptive and enthralling that not only did I feel like I was in the Artic, but that I, not Janie, kissed Benjamin Burrows. It was so perfect and wonderful and brilliant, that naturally I snapped out of it and said to myself 'That's Gay, I'm not Gay', and spent the next 6 or so years trying not to be Gay, while questioning my sexuality.

Turns out, I was/am Gay!

 

She was one of the popular kids, but without the mean attitude. She was smart, beautiful and really kind and caring. She often helped me when I got stuck. I had a crush on her for six years. But I didn't really know what it meant to like the same sex, until I actually developed feelings for one of my close friends. That was when I realized, last year I was going to confess to her over Facebook (she moved away after graduation) but then I saw news saying she was welcoming a baby.. oh well!

 

In highschool my classmate Luke was just so obsessed with the fact I played football and he would grab biceps and feel them. He was a cute little emo punk rock type. I started fantasizing about him. Didn't know he's gay or even consider that I might be gay.

Then Kyle and I became friends we started hanging out at school and he came out as bi to me. One day we were play wrestling and I got arroused (he didn't know) but he loved for me to play with his feet.

 

Making out with 2 female friends. It started with us goofing around, and somehow led to kissing and giving each other hickies.

After that, I was like "yeah, I think I want to do that again. For real."

I guess when I realized that most of the girls I crushed on were either lesbian or bisexual.

I've always had an attraction to boys for as long as I can remember but didn't really put it all together. After high school I discovered gay porn and really enjoyed it, but at the same time I started having fantasies about a friend from middle school only to find out that he's gay.

I had always kind of fancied girls at school, but I got my first real crush on one at 11, but I never really gave it a deep thought until age 13 when..something happened, I have no idea what, but it all of a sudden hit me that I could be a lesbian

I had been asked when I was really young if I was gay. Of course being closeted and actually not knowing that myself, I denied it. It wasn't until high school when I started to question it again. I was crushing on two people of opposite genders at the same time in high school and it was then I started to question not being straight.
