Sorry you have to go through this. (*hug*) I'll admit as someone with some of that male hard-wiring, it's hard not to look at and admire the female form. Maybe stay underwater as much as possible (without drowning)? Anyway, shouldn't let white noise distract you from your goals.

Where else would I go? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Ah, right. Blonde moment there.

Second link isn't leading me anywhere specific. As for piece at first link, think you made a nice choice. It's more "athletic" cut than "sexy" cut.

And yes, by all means, glare at any prurient eyes like a scimitar vivisecting their entrails.

So I brought the therapist thing up to my mom (who manages my appointments since I don't know when anyone sees the doctor anymore) and she reminded me that the wait is for the end of the month because of the insurance company sorting things out.

So I got three-ish weeks to wait now until I should be somewhere. I'm also hopefully getting my swim binder in soon which is awesome since I need to get my butt in the pool again--hopefully it arrives before Nik comes back to town when we should have the pool done if the weather is nice.

    So excited!

I think that a binder swimsuit with asthma would be a dangerous move and what would be the difference between a triathlon suit and what I got? I have trunks to wear over the bottom part so, I don't see the difference if people can still tell that I have...

I attended a Unitarian Universalist service this morning. They talked about unity and nature and were fundraising for an LGBTQ center. There was an Islamic sign and a cross and a Star of David. It was awesome. I would prefer more formality but still, it was awesome.

Is this thread actually somewhat on topic? What?? I bought some stuff from the mens section yesterday. Shopping was fine. I'm a little nervous about what people will think when I actually wear them though.

The only church I have been to en-femme was a UU - I remember how nice people were to me and that was about 10 to 15 years ago. It was really the only church I have ever attended with any regularity that I was comfortable with in guy mode either - I have since moved or I might still go occasionally.

So, I had a very awkward conversation with my advisor today about how/ when to tell my next advisor that I want to have top surgery... Yeah... :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I think I might want top surgery, but how can I do it without anyone finding out? I also don't know what impacts that will have on my possible future careers: physician and/or actor. On the other hand, I think I might qualify for a keyhole procedure if I actually decide to get it. Minimal scarring=good.
