As someone aspiring to be a Computer Hardware Engineer and is in a relationship with an aspiring Mechanical Engineer...what's wrong with engineers?

On the main topic. You don't have to limit yourself to men who specifically like trans woman. For example I'm lesbian and my girlfriend is trans*, so I mean...not all people who say they like girls mean they want theststereotypical bio female.

 

I don't even know how I'd go about finding a woman who'd be interested in a trans girl who may or may not just be a confused fem boy. Though it would probably help if I lived in a more progressive area than Alabama

 

You missed my explanatory post. You're girls so, you're exempt. Girl engineers are fine! Incidentally, could you build my next computer/ car/ whatever?

But seriously, it's not a big deal. Ask either Charlie (better source) or me (hypothetical but reliable source). If I like a girl, why should I care if she's trans or not? How does it affect me or my sexuality at all? It doesn't. Now, if I were dating a girl who suddenly decided that she was a super femme guy... I dunno honestly... it would depend. If I really had fallen for her, it's possible that I'd just say "I'm still 'the man' in the relationship" and carry on. If I didn't love her really, I'd end it. It's hard to say...

It's probably better to focus on your own identity for now and if something happens, cool but don't force it.

And what about in Birmingham, Huntsville or Tuscaloosa?

yea the issue with that is... I am between Baltimore and DC, so my city doesn't partake lol and getting to either of those cities is a pain for someone with no car lol
