I know two masculine gay men their both looking for partners one only likes other masculine gay men . the other doesn't care he likes both feminine and masculine gay men .
One of them says I'm the lesbian version of them because I'm feminine and a single lesbian too , he said he wouldn't have guested that I was gay .

    ^ This is funny.

Do I know any masculine gay men? If that would mean being just regular guys, then yes. If that would mean being just regular guys who are also big sports fans, then no.

I think I know (of) more masculine bisexual men, if we are talking about very traditional gender roles.

I think knowing that someone's gay sometimes makes you notice a person's feminine attributes and actions a bit more.

    That said -
I know a couple of masculine guys (they're also a "couple").
And only one person has ever not been surprised that I'm gay, so I guess I'm kind of masculine too.

Yeah, A good friend of mine is. But then again I really don't know that many gay guys in in general.

I think there is a lot of truth into this.

I was thinking about it the other day when watching Mary Portas on TV (an openly lesbian business woman/presenter). Before I knew she was lesbian I had no inkling as to her sexuality and definitely didn't see her as masculine, it was only after I found out that I thought "well I guess she does have a more tomboyish haircut".

But then I stopped myself when I realised that no, she dresses/walks/talks/looks exactly the same as most straight women her age I know, if not even more feminine (I know plenty of very tomboyish but happily heterosexually married women!). Hell, my own mother had a haircut like Portas' at one point! I was just over-analyzing based on stereotypes about lesbian women.

Definitely true in my eyes. One gym-fanatical guy I know is scarily strong physically, yet who has very 'camp', shall we say, actions such as being quite limp-wristed (or fly-swatting hands as he defines it). He is a magnet for the girls and is never out of a relationship.
The majority of his conversations seem to revert to anything he can relate to gay men.

Of course. I'm actually willing to bet many of you that say you don't actually do; it's just harder to tell.

Irl? I've known five gay men personally that were out, two of them high school buddies of mine, one a dear childhood bestfriend, none of whom were exceptionally masculine nor especially feminine. They were just normal guys for the most part...
