What was your last injury?

hm.... last minor - today at work - cleaning the coffee machine and sliced my hand not too bad really.. but still bleeding a little.

last major.. ankle, crapped up all the ligaments and its still not quite right.. before that is was a face versus concrete astro playing hockey.. huge swelling and I kid you not but it was still swollen a year after.. disslocated a few bones in my cheek, concusion and one hell of a black eye/black face.. good times!!!

 

Major? Way back in second grade or something, I half-sleep-walked in front of a swingset and got kicked in the side.

Minor? I have no clue, some little knee bump or something, I'm pretty cautious about that sort of thing.

Never had a broken bone before.

 

Minor - I ran too much one day and had sore ankles and heels for a day.

Major - not that major, but I was in a car accident in February, and had soreness and some bruises for about a week.

Minor: I bit my tongue yesterday chewing gum and it was a bloody mess lol

Major: My nine year old sister thought it would be funny to swing a fully lit lamp at me a few weeks ago. The lighbulb smacked against my arm and left this really nasty burn(we're talking full on oozing and loose skin, kinda awesome in a gross way).

 

Last serious injury was badly twisting my ankle a few months back. I stepped in a rabbit hole and turned my ankle, and I tried to catch myself by leaning on my cane, but it somehow folded (it's collapsible) so I hit the ground, and ended up hurting it worse. It still hurts sometimes. Minor injury, I stubbed a toe earlier today and it's bruising up a bit.

 

I sliced all my left knuckles on carving tools, three weeks ago.

 

Hmmm......My last injury was a few weeks ago, my now ex-ferret leapt up, clamped his teeth down on my thumb and refused to let go until blood was dripping into his mouth...nasty!!!

My worst injury would probably have been two years ago, I fell off a wall. And landed on my face :lol: Fractured cheekbone....I didn't notice I had done actual damage 'til the next morning..I was wasted :lol:

 

My last major injury was a few months ago, my horse broke my jaw with his face. He nudged me a little too hard and cracked my bottom jaw bone, i couldn't eat solid foods for a while but it's fine now.

 

Rebroke my partially healed broken wrist, again, last week. Was bombing an overpass on my skateboard by my house and found the two inch crack in the road with my wheel, then left hand, right hand, and knee.... now I get the screw in my scaphoid bone and another six months out of the water :eusa_doh:

 

Xacto blade. One before that... xacto blade. Before that... finger cut on the edge of a sharp piece of wood. Before that... xacto blade.

 

lol hands off the xacto blades! I have a problem with those things too, there just so damn sharp

 

Last serious injury would be when i decided to stab my self in the hand. Now that was a nasty cut!

 

Broken wrist

 

Wisdom teeth removal a couple months ago. Does that count? Ow, hurt like heck and I never thought the blood would stop. Luckily it did.

 

Major; slicing my hand open on a piece of broken glass a while ago.

Minor; Falling off my bike a few weeks ago in the middle of the road. I just grazed my knee, but if the car hadn't stopped, it could have been a lot worse.

 

My last injury (er, injuries) were from my art project, which involved sewing four plushies in under 24 hours.

Let's just say there were lots of Band-Aids involved. :lol:

 

All I have to say is,
Drunk, Stairs, drinks downstairs, friends upstairs.

I had a lot of twists, sprains, bumps, bruises, scraps, cuts, and laughs that night.

 

Ran the four wheel motorbike in to the fence, snapped a concrete post in half and majorly screwed up my thumb on the barbed wire.

 

Tweaked my left wrist....still recovering, so no sports for me for a while

 

I fell over at school, landed on my hand, and took the skin off my fingers. Ouch.
