There's a lot to be said for being this way. Most of the time, people don't need to know.

I guess I am taking the "I'm breezy" mood to say, "I'm just blowing with the wind, carefree, going with the flow".

 

Feeling pretty good about my chat with my wife during our weekly check-in. It was the first time that we have talked about my bisexuality in several months. Although there hadn't been much said, I feel like there was further understanding from her. I had feared that maybe there was some fear and discomfort building up, since she hadn't mentioned or asked anything in so long. I mean, your husband tells you he's seriously into guys as well as women after 20+ years of marriage, you would thing that would maintain a fairly constant flow of inquiry. LOL. I feel better now. I am sure there are things still left unsaid, but we'll deal with that as it comes.

 

Ha! I knew it. I knew she was holding back. We went for a walk tonight and she said she had questions. She asked me if we weren't married, could I see myself dating a guy. I told her yes. I don't think I ever told anybody that. Maybe my therapist, but I don't think so. We talked around it and were laughing. She was expressing herself about what the dynamic would be like. It was kind of fun to be honest. After awhile the talk died down naturally. We were just about home and she said she had something else, but forgot what it was. I told her I was an open book and nothing was off the table. I actually thing she has much to ask, but I am going to let her get through it in her own time.

 

I was today years old when I realized the meaning of this site's name. Duh!

My comment is lightweight so here goes.

I am at a loss when it comes to understanding why Johnny Depp has been so popular. Personally, I have no idea why.

 

Invested in Star Wars: The Old Republic, but also want to get back to Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.

 

Thinking a farmer must have been moving cattle from one field to another because about 15 of them headed up our driveway knocked over our bird table and bird bath, looking in at us from directly outside a bedroom window. Two of them also took a dump on the part of the driveway directly in front of our house. One of the hazards of living in the country.

A couple days ago I read a post by some guy saying humans don't really and can not really feel love for other humans because God is love. God is perfect. Humans are flawed. Etc etc.

As someone who is very indifferent towards religion and someone who has been in an amazing relationship for 5 years I found this post incredibly offensive. I didn't comment on it at the time although I wish I had.

Maybe they personally have trouble loving other people but I can assure you I do not and love between two people is incredibly real.

 

Nice to know my fire alarm will definitely wake me up during a fire. It’s not so nice at 4am with no fire and driving my dog mad.

 

Been away from this site for a while. The wife stole my laptop and I have been busy AF. I miss everyone!

 

It’s a little disheartening that my mother and sister have joined forces in their distaste for how I dress. Just because my fashion sense is completely different from theirs doesn’t mean it’s bad. My sister is even picking out clothes of hers I’m going to borrow when we visit her for a few days. I didn’t ask, I was told.
