So the "Fast acting" pills this doctor gave me for my anxiety aren't doing ANYTHING to help, I kept telling the guy that I don't want "Band-aid pills", I need something long-term, But since he's a "medical expert" I didn't get that... I'm so fucking mad right now!

Getting through customs today turned out to be easier than it usually is.

And is just me, or do Canadians just seem like genuinely nicer people than Americans?

You usually have issues? I cross the border a handful of times each year and never have any issues. It's usually the same experience on both sides -- where do you live, where are you going, how long are you staying, are you bringing anything with you that you're going to leave in the country, occasionally do you have any firearms or weapons. Sometimes I'll get by with just having to say where I'm going and for how long.

It may be easier for me because I'm a dual citizen though (currently on an American passport, born in Canada). My license plate is Massachusetts and relates to Montreal though so a lot of the time that generates friendly conversation.

That's why the "nice Canadian" and "rude American" stereotypes came to be.

Canadians are very nice, from my experience, until they find out you're American.

Note to self: don't try to put the same amount of red chili powder (2.5 tsp) when you also add 1 tsp szichuan pepper. Prepare for a deep and painful burn on your tongue! Antidote: suck on an ice cube.

I'm feeling such a mix of negative emotions. I don't even know what to call it. I just feel awful.

Moving on with my life and not looking back.. If two friends of mine don't wanna forgive me and give me another chance, then I am not going to look back. I really miss a friend I haven't spoken to in almost 4 mths and I think I found her on Skype but I got a feeling she has blocked me on it as soon as I sent her a message, so if that's her game.. Then she can play but I am not playing anymore so if you don't wanna make amends then you lose out on having a good friend back in your life.. And if another friend of mine decides to just keep shutting me out and keeping me blocked on Facebook, then it is his loss as well.. I am not going to feel bad for trying to make things right anymore.

I need to find new (but totally not recent) bands to listen to..

Time to look in obscure Japanese websites and Twitter's recommended users again.

I am never dating again. Next time I get asked out, or am tempted to ask someone out, remind me of that rule.
