I joined Weight Watchers!

    This is one of the good aspects about WW. It's set up so that you can set yourself up to enjoy the occasional treat like pizza and candy, without stepping outside the boundaries of the plan.

    This is a problem with a lot of diets, where the moment someone strays off of it, they feel the whole thing is ruined, so they give up and sit down with a tub of ice cream.

    Good for you, Becky! :thumbsup: I have heard some good things aboot Weight Watchers, and from what I've seen, you can enjoy food and still lose weight.

    Go for it.

    I used WW for a while a few years ago and lost about 50lbs.

    Of course, when I stopped using it, I went back to my old habits and the weight crept back on - so need to do so again!
