Well done Becky! 2 or 3 pounds a week is a good steady rate.

oh Mother....what is the world doing to you. :frowning2:

if a diet is what you want then fine but really, all most people need is just a 1mile walk every morning to be physicaly healthy.

well good luck Mom, and i want you to know fluffy or thin i still will always love u :x

oh yea. one last thing. Promoise me this does not involve any nasty Protein shakes, especially the ones from China

    Way to go, Becky!!

It seems to be a good start; one thing for sure is how important it is to have support at home... my boyfriend is on WW, and lemme tell you, I think it's harder for ME than it is for him! Every food needs to be measured, he jumps on the computer to add his points right after a meal, and I have to be SOOO conscious of what foods I bring into the house. HIS WW is making ME eat better... 'cuz I have no choice!!

Not complaining though, just stating how crucial my role is in my honey's success with WW!!

Don't worry, it doesn't. Weight Watchers encourages a sensible balanced diet of proper food, with carefully controlled saturated fats and calories. It also promotes steady moderate weight loss.

Oh! WW is fabulous and amazing!

My ex-Terry is basically a walking ad for WW. When he joined he weighed in the 300's and when we started dating he had hit his goal weight of 215 lbs. He's about 6'4", so he's pretty damn lean now.

WW works if you stick to it!

    Go Becky!

That's awesome that you are supportive. My kids are supportive but the husband is useless. He didn't even ask me how much weight I lost the first week.

The online tracking of food is so easy. I love that. Weight Watchers is much easier than the last time I did it.

Yesterday the kids and I had a pizza party for Halloween. I wanted to have some pizza (my favorite food) so I had 0 point soup at lunch time saving my points for the pizza. I had two small slices of pizza and actually had a couple pieces of Halloween candy too (Peppermint Batties are only 1 point a piece) and stayed within my points all day. Yeah, I was able to actually enjoy Halloween and stay on the plan!

    Awesome!

I was being naughty yesterday, had a relatively small bag of Halloween candy and skipped my run because of a mixture of being totally drained from trying to finish a college assignment and the fact the kids in my area were being utterly retarded with fireworks. So I'm expecting to have put on some weight this week :frowning2:
