Just wondering, I used to jog for about an hour a day, but I've been so lazy lately that I can no longer do that. So I've been using our exercise bike in an attempt to build up my cardiovascular fitness and leg muscles (I'm also doing other exercises more aimed at gaining muscle and losing fat specifically, but they're all fairly light- I don't want a huge amount of muscle seeing as I am a girl lol) a bit in order to be able to run better once I start doing so again. Is that an effective technique?

I had a crazy night last night, and I am afraid if I give an answer to this right now, It would be very hard to follow. Just give me a couple hours and I will have a good answer for you. Keep Well, And Happy Canada Day.

Do a few aditional sit-ups each day where when you rise up; keeping your hands behind your hands touch your right elbow to your left knee, hold for 2-3 seconds, lower yourselfto the floor slowly and go again but the opposite (touching left elbow to right knee).

Other then that you're perfectly ready to start running again!

I have a question for you this time Beebo!

    How do i lose muscle?!

Silly question i know so let me elaborate a bit more!

I bulked up a bit in a work out fase i went through and got in pretty good shape but i have decided i want to lose some mass in my legs.

How does one lose muslce mass without losing much weight?!

I had the same problem a while back, I was working out at gyms.

    • Do Dryland Exorcises.
    • Stretch often everyday (quads, hammys, and calfs)
    • Eat more Chicken and veggies.
    • Work out less with weights on your legs, and transfer more to running or swimming, or just cut down on working out your legs to about half.

your legs will hardly ever get fatty if you are an active person, simply because:

    1. You stand.
    2. You walk.
    3. You lift.
