I quite enjoy solitude now. In middle school I wasn't bright enough to understand that I didn't have any friends, and in high school I sorta had a little group for a while. I've never been a very social person, contrasted by my exuberance on the internet.
Now I usually just made do with what I've got.

 

I am horrible at expressing myself verbally. Sometimes even writing it is difficult. I am afraid of embarrassing myself. Often I do.

That is why I'm so lonely. I want want people to understand me, you know?
Some good gaming buddies would be awesome too...

 

I like to be alone, and I guess I am a loner, but yes- I am lonely.

 

Lonely... perhaps, not by nature, but by being 'different' from everyone else. There are some advantages though. It's a easier to cry when you're by yourself constantly.

I'm an introverted loner so I can handle being alone for long periods of time, but I do experience moments of painful loneliness. It's a struggle of mine to balance a social life while having enough alone time. I still haven't gotten the hang of it yet. Learning how to not be alone is hard when being alone is pretty much all I've ever known. But I'm working on it.

Yeah, lonely and isolated sums it up. But I have some good friends who I can trust, and I have a family who love me - even though I have to hide much of my life from them.

Still...this ship sails alone.

 

I enjoy talking to people, but don't pine to be with people physically, when noones messaging, im lonely.

 

I'm that kid who sits in the corner and reads, since no one will talk to me. I try, and they ignore me. I'm lonely all the time, so I stay away from people. They stay away from me, I stay away from them. I constantly get jealous seeing all the people with best friends, laughing and talking and joking around, teasing each other. I've never had that kind of friendship before, or any friendship at all, really. But I'm a lonely and depressed person at the moment. I have too many things going on, too many feelings I'm trying to ignore right now. But overall, yes. I am so lonely that it really hurts.
