I eat meat. I don't really have an opinion concerning whether people should or shouldn't eat it. All i know is that i prefer the taste and texture of meat to veggies.
Yes, I unfortunately do eat meat and animal products in general, I really hate it >< I want to be a vegan or possibly vegetarian (would prefer vegan) but my parents won't allow it while I live with them so I'm just consuming the smallest amounts possible until I move out
Since I do really enjoy large man-meat, why not eat the actual thing? Sorry for the tactless nature of the reply but it is somewhat apt.
I was vegetarian for seven years, and my girlfriend is currently. I began eating meat to better accommodate my athletic ambitions. I would say it's not healthy for the average person who has limited understanding of nutrition, but it would be better for most people if they did it correctly. Unfortunately even the common ideas of health and nutrition in the US are completely backwards.
I'm a vegetarian since November 2012 (I was 14). I watched a few videos a guy in my class told everyone to watch and it was just horrible. In the evening I almost threw up because I realised that the thing I put in my mouth was once a living, sentient being and I was indirectly killing it through my actions. I cried that night and the next day I told my parents that I was a vegetarian. They weren't happy about that. I still don't feel like I'm doing enough. Nobody can be perfect, especially not in this society, but everyone should do their best to make sure that other living things don't have to suffer and our environment isn't destroyed. I really like that more and more people start to understand the consequences and at least reduce their meat consumption. I really hate that people mock me and make me feel bad. And then they say that vegetarians and vegans are trying to force their views onto them. They don't even realise that they are the ones doing so.
Yes, I eat meat. I enjoy many vegetarian and vegan dishes, but I will probably never give up meat. Ultimately I don't have any moral objections to eating meat and I think it's delicious I do take issue with the way in which some meat and animal products are created; for example, I will never eat veal, nor will I ever consume foie gras. But otherwise, it's rare for me to go a day without eating meat at all.
I am a light meat eater I don't like eating very much of hamburger and steak and stuff but I like to eat a lot of grilled chicken. (uvu)/
I eat a bunch of chicken but almost never eat red meat and don't like the taste/texture of most fish.
I eat meat but I'm not one of those people who is offended by vegetarians/vegans (yes i have met people like that) I'm not a fan of whn vegan/vegetarians start to lecture me almost about how bad meat it. Respect people and their choices.
I eat meat and could not imagine living without it. Whether people do or do not eat meat is their life choice, I think neither higher or lesser of them for either choice.
