Turns out i actually heard the full hooker instrumentals for hooker on youtube xD I wasn't sure if it was legit till i heard the preview and saw the video i looked at was banned so pissed i didn't download it xD this one really is being protected like the holy grail tho xD

Toronto was fucking awesome. But she was really late. She appeared like 1h 45min after the opening act finished. We were stuck listening to Michael Jackson songs and it was so annoying. xD

I love born this way! but recently while stumbling through loads of gaganess, i found "Speechless" and its definitely one of my favourite songs, it doesnt have all the tricks, beats and twists in most of gagas songs and its basically just showcases her pure vocals , but its just amazing.

 

Obviously it's bad that Target won't change, but I think it's great that GaGa killed the deal. It kind of helps prove that she isn't just using 'the gays' as a means to make more profit/attention.

And even if she is, she's still helping us while doing it.

 

Exactly. If she's faking it, she's doing a damn good job.

U2 used anti-war stuff.
Lady Gaga doing same thing with using gay people.

I have seen this movie a lot.Smart campain though. I prefer more personal songs than "pointing finger" songs.

I don't really care if she's doing it for marketing reasons..... at least it's less blatant than Katy Perry. I just think that the more gay or pro-gay presence there is in the media the more people will grow up thinking it's normal.
It's sort of like what happened to people my age. We were slightly too young to understand that girl power was just a brand, but we still got hit by the full force of the advertising. There are so many feminists in my school year and it could easily be because we grew up with people telling us that being a girl is awesome and we can do anything. Perhaps a generation of children who are raised seeing gay people on TV and given special places in music videos will turn into activists when they grow up and realise that it was all just a dream.

 

I love Lady Gaga <3 It's so great what she did with the Target thing :3
