What was the Last Movie you Watched?

Enchanted (2007)

It was great! =O I was really surprised. Everyone should go and see it in the cinemas while it's still showing. (!)

 

Alien v. Predator: Requiem (2007)

1 out of 5 for this one IMO. The acting was horrible, the characters were seriously underdeveloped, the plot was lame, and ugh... there goes 2 hours of my life. :dry: I went with my cousin and he said the same thing... I think the first was WAY better, but that's just me.

 

OO I saw I Am Legend 2 times last week and the new National Treasure movie. They were both awesome.

 

I am Legend - I thought it was pretty good.

 

Just got done watching Saw 3. sickest, twisted and gorey movie ever but o so awesome for my sick twisted heart!

 

Paris, Je t'aime.... that was the last movie I saw... I think it was kind of weird.. but cute at the same time...

I just saw "PS-I Love You" at the movies and i thought it was very romantic. It also made me cry which i havn't for YEARS and it is like the perfect date movie. except, i didn't have a date (

I think I liked the first RE most of all because you just had no idea what the hell was going on (well, you didn't if you didn't know the video games). But Milla Jovovich is just awesome, and Ali Larter was super great in RE: Extinction.

 

Yeah, it was really amazing the whole movie had no story. What a waste of the usually amazing Reiko Aylesworth.

I rented the first one before seeing Requiem and while it was not what I would call a good movie, at least they tried to have a story.

 

Last movie I saw was We Own The Night. I thought it was terrible - probably the worst script ever written...

 

whats Pyrokinesis? and whats the difference between Pyrokinesis and telepathy?...just curious....

Last night I saw The Great Debaters, which was excellent. Great acting, great writing, great moments. I'm not a super-big fan of Forest Whitaker but I still liked him in the movie. 8 out of 10.

The night before, a free (thank the gods) preview of One Missed Call. Even though my friend and I KNEW it was going to be bad, nothing could prepare you for how badly it reeked. Why Margaret Cho was in it, I'll NEVER understand. My friend thinks she lost a bet. I think she needed the money. *grin* I think the only part I liked was that stupid line from the trailer: "That's not my ringtone!" 1 out of 10.

And surprisingly, Juno is as good as everyone is saying it is. Maybe better. I never saw Little Miss Sunshine but from what I can tell from what I read about, I'm betting you can enjoy Juno even if you didn't like LMS. 10 out of 10.

 

Telepathy means you can read (sometimes control) minds. Pyrokinesis means you can generate and control fire. (Pyro being greek for "fire.")

I saw Juno a few days ago, and I thought that it was brilliant. The previews don't really do the movie justice, though.

28 Days Later is SOOOOO freaky. I nearly had to leave the theatre.

I LOVE 28 days later...I thought it was some hope for the horror Genre.
Guess not *Cough* House of Wax *cough*
and 28 Weeks was like 10% worse...but I still enjoyed it...It had it's moments. But also it's large amounts of cheeeese.

...And 28 weeks also has one of the coolest movie posters ever. Maintain the quarritine? Who doesn't want that for their bedroom. I have the poster...xept mom won't let me POST it if it's not framed.
Stupid mom...Makes me feel like the kids from the Breakfast Club.

Just a comment though,
O_O How can a movie like AvP: R and NT: 2, Resident Evil be enjoyable....I don't want to sound like a snotty film critic...but those movies SUCK. There's alot of great cinema out there like Across the Universe, No Country For Old Men, The Darjing Limited (or however the title is) that you really shouldn't be wasting your movie experience on movies like that? I'm sorry, I don't mean to insult, but it makes me really sad to hear when movies like Resident Evil make much more money then the films who actually deserve every penny they make.

Support the indie film or at least film that have some sort of plot. Woooo!!!!
