What type of hugger are you?

The kind who'll verbally threaten you if you try to hug.

 

Oh, I love it all. Different hugs for different occasions.

Full contact cuddle/hug on the bed, or couch, gazing into his eyes.

Sitting on the couch, I have one arm around him, his head on my shoulder, my head on his, stroking one of his arms with other hand, his legs resting on mine.

Hello and goodbye, two arms, mutual, firm but not crushing.

There's no body contact I'm uncomfortable with, with my boyfriend.

I dunno, I'm not really squishy enough for hugs. Just imagine hugging someone made of concrete coated in polystyrene. That's the best way I can describe it. Hugs are awkward

 

If it's supposed to be romantic, then I prefer number 2.

 

3 but, I've haven't hugged many different people.

 

2 and 3. I'm quite petite so I can't even imagine 1 being possible with either of my previous bf/gfs. I would need to date someone smaller, and that alone would feel awkward, I think.

 

I am a real hugger I don't like the half hugs or the awkward bro hug that comes with the pat on the back haha :lol: I like the genuine, gentle and meaningful friend hug

 

I am a protective hugger towards girls I adore! I like casual hugs for friends or distant family.. and for family I like strong hugs!

I like to take control, my girl prefers me calling the shots and I prefer to be dominant. Hope people see what I mean there and it don't sound like I just Locke her away

So yeah I think it's a mix of dominance and gender roles

 

I'm a type 3 person myself, I like for us to be completely intertwined in each other. But this is only person I love the most, other than that I hate hugs!

 

I don't really like hugging. I always seem to do it wrong and accidentally squish my boobs up against the other person :eek: Awkward

 

3, I like where we both hug equally and squeeze each other. That makes me feel good.

 

I really am a fan of hugs. Many of my friends hug whatever their gender or sexuality.
My friend we call Big Guy likes to get you in what he calls a "staffie". It's a bit like a full-nelson.
Yeah, hugs are comforting.

 

It depends on the person, and the circumstances, but overall I think I like mutual hugs the best.

 

When I'm the taller one, it's usually more of a type 1 hug, but otherwise I do the whole mutual hug thing. One of my friends with the type 1 hug is usually putting her head on my chest when I hug her, and that's always nice.

I'm most comfortable hugging immediate family. To them I usually initiate\only do the hugging.

For everyone else...the most awkward hugger.

 

I don't hug many people. When I do I try to make it mutual and close.
