What kind of drunk are you?

I don't drink very much, but if I am a little "worse for alcohol" I have a tendency to be oh so very proper, and yet at the same time very affectionate.

 

The overly demonstrative type, both verbally and physically. For about 10 minutes. Then I fall asleep.

The "fatherly" kind of drunk. It's a bit weird, but I start being mindful of everyone I'm drinking with, like telling them to control the amount they drink or tell the others to watch over the super-drunk one in the group.

 

The "I-don't-remember-what-happened" drunks always confuse me, can people truly suffer memory loss from getting drunk?

 

Pretty much the same but a bit more talkative...oh and i remember everything haha.I'm not too sure whether it is good or bad to have a memory of what you did or said when you were drunk.

 

I woke up on a beach, in the nude, when I was 17 (believe I had just finished my A-Level exams), with no recollection of how I got there, so yes, you can. I must have blacked out at some point. That's the result of a lot of alcohol in a short period of time, and I wouldn't recommend it. I was ill and spent the entire day in bed, wishing I was dead.

Makes for a good story though. We all have to live at some point.

I want to have a black-out just to know what crazy things I which I can't remember, but I'm way too afraid of getting drunk. I hate the vomiting part, am a lightweight.

 

I can't kick a smile and laugh a fair bit, lose my inhibitions when it comes to physical contact (not inappropriately so, no matter how much I drink) and I apparently become funny, believe it or not. I also dance a lot, which I'm too stiff to do when sober. Fortunately and perhaps surprisingly, I'm not a lightweight, do not get an increased sexual appetite and retain some degree of sense.

And I know. I shouldn't drink and it's not exactly legal.

 

Depends on what I've been drinking:
Wine usually results in a crying drunk followed by copious amounts of puking.

Whisky/rum usually results in a fighting drunk and if I'm lucky enough not to talk someone into kicking my ass (can't really fight sober) it ends up giving me the spins.

Beer? Happy go lucky drunk who likes to talk and listen to music. Usually results in a massive headache tomorrow.

 

I'm more talkative, sociable and become able to actually enjoy parties if the company's good. I also stop restraining myself and end up doing things I'll later regret.

 

I'm the person who runs up to people (even strangers) to tell them how wonderful they are and hugs them, then will quite happily run away singing (if you can call it that) at the top of my lungs. I usually end up falling asleep before I make to much of a full of myself!

 

Yeah it can. I've lived it once; I was hosting. Suddenly I think I got sick, and I went to the bathroom to throw up and after that it's a blur, I woke up right after that with no recollection of the evening.

 

I never drink. My parents are alcoholics and I want no part of that shit.
