    ISTJ
    Introvert(89%) Sensing(62%) Thinking(12%) Judging(1%)
You have strong preference of Introversion over Extraversion (89%)
You have distinct preference of Sensing over Intuition (62%)
You have slight preference of Thinking over Feeling (12%)
You have marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%)

Looked at the jobs that people with my type of personality seem to be good at, and all of them require a massive brain. Accounting, aviation, managerial work? Definitely not me.

Also, these tests seem to vary day to day, so sometimes I'm a completely different category.

    ENTJ

The underlying thought running through the ENTJ mind might be something like "I don't care if you call me an insensitive bastard, as long as I remain an efficient bastard". I'm not quite sure that fits me, but it's certainly not very far from the mark. I think that I very much have the potential for heartlessness, but I wouldn't go so far as to say my thoughts and behaviour are generally like the italicised description.

While it's obviously not exact and the entire premise of the classifications is moderately dubious, I consistently get this one.

    ENFP

Curious, I was reading this, and it does fit:

"ENFPs are basically happy people. They may become unhappy when they are confined to strict schedules or mundane tasks. Consequently, ENFPs work best in situations where they have a lot of flexibility, and where they can work with people and ideas. Many go into business for themselves. They have the ability to be quite productive with little supervision, as long as they are excited about what they're doing.

Because they are so alert and sensitive, constantly scanning their environments, ENFPs often suffer from muscle tension. They have a strong need to be independent, and resist being controlled or labelled. They need to maintain control over themselves, but they do not believe in controlling others. Their dislike of dependence and suppression extends to others as well as to themselves."

^I'm also an ENFP. That description works for me too

"ENFPs are warm, enthusiastic people, typically very bright and full of potential. They live in the world of possibilities, and can become very passionate and excited about things. Their enthusiasm lends them the ability to inspire and motivate others, more so than we see in other types. They can talk their way in or out of anything. They love life, seeing it as a special gift, and strive to make the most out of it."

It makes sense. Since I want to become a teacher, being called "the inspirer" works well

The only letter that I get consistently and heavily one-sided is the I. The others are all usually near the middle so they all can (and have) gone on either side when I've taken different MBTI tests

I suppose I fit into the description but I'm highly skeptical of the Myers Briggs test. It essentially just reads back information you gave it. Someone on here cleverly equoted it to astrology once.

I repeatedly get this result, and it doesn't surprise me, either. I'm only quoting yours because my scores are about the same, with S being the lowest and closest to crossing over to N. I fit the ISTJ description quite a bit, though most of the careers indicated perplex me ... police officer, attorney, judge, military leader? ... seriously? Seriously? I couldn't even imagine ...

    Careers for ISTJ Personality Types

What's interesting is how few ESTJ and ISTJ folks we have that are reporting. Those 2 types alone make up +/- 30% of the distribution of MBTI types, and there are 16 of them.

I recently had a session with my therapist where I discussed aptitude testing I had undertaken in the past. It was an interesting discussion and he pointed out both some insights and caveats.

I'm not to sure what to think, either, especially with an F instead of a T, meaning they feel more than they think. They epitomize cold blooded and calculating.
