Just wondering why houses here in Germany don't seem to have porches... Here people sit in the backyard, in the garden and on their balcony, but there are nearly no porches!
When I watch movies or read books, the characters do often sit on their porch or on the neighbors porch and they're enjoying a cold drink or so. When I get a picture of this in my head, it seems always just so perfect.
When I have a house myself one day, it definitlely will get a porch

Thanks, but I've been home for the past half hour or so. =P

The session went well. I made my therapist cry, when she asked me to just lay it all out for her. Basically, she got a crash course in the Life of Kaiser, and she couldn't handle it. While not the most tragic of upbringings, there's a lot of emotional neglect and loneliness to it, and I noticed how her eyes and body reacted to certain words and phrases.

She's emotionally hurting, or was. I can tell she doesn't have a healthy relationship with her father, because her eyes were darting around quite frantically, as if it was some coping response. Just little things like that, that most people don't even look at, tell me more about somebody than their own words sometimes.

I should feel bad for analyzing her like that, but it's a safety precaution, allowing me to store away information, for whatever use later. It gives me a sense of equality, of security.

Still, if this is indeed true, it may be wise to stick it out with her. She'd know what that is like, which is definitely a step up for many of my past therapists.

Last night there was a black out. I was home alone so I got out of the house and sit beside my mini garden. I looked up and admired the beauty of the stars. I was doing this while listening to Blur. Soooo relaxing. I know it's selfish, but I wish there will be another black out tonight so I can do it again.

 

The work I'm supposed to be doing but instead, I am procrastinating like I usually do haha.
