I even hate the words "human nature". It is this so-called "human-nature" that is humankind's weakness. When I speak of how ridiculous some things are, like categorising things, needing others, being simple minded, people say it's human nature.

Well I guess I'm an alien..

But people would just say I have some kind of mental disorder. Because anyone who doesn't act like that is broken.

Sometimes I wish I WAS an alien. This species surely cannot be the only intelligent one in the entire universe.

Ugh, this damn fatigue. I'm not going to let it stop me though. And tonight, there'll be at least one new picture of me in my album, and it will be of me with a U.S. Senator.

    Enjoy your vacation.

On an unrelated note, I'm trying to figure out what to do with my day.

Wow I just went on a tour of HUP with my classmates. We met three pharmacists: a unit based pharmacist, a clinical specialist, and a PGY2 student. They seemed so passionate about their careers. I hope to find that drive and motivation to find a career that fits my personal goals...

I met one of my brother's friends today. For some reason, it was said that my brother is the biggest homophobe. My brother doesn't really tell anyone that I'm gay (or Queer), so his friends (I had already met the other one) wasn't aware of that. So, when they said that he's such a homophobe (I'm aware of his homophobic remarks and I'm working on bringing him over to the rainbow side of the matter), I said "Oh, really? He seems to be fine with me!"

I was his friend's first "real life gay". He was like "I've never met one before". It felt kind of dehumanizing. So, I asked him if I should turn around a couple of times, so he could get a better look, and if he wanted to take a picture of this fascinating creature.

The migraines from switching meds are finally - FINALLY - going. Yay

I've been locked indoors cooking and crafting like a demon this week trying to get past them.

On the up-side, I have a wonderful new poncho.

Usually, I am only sensitive to ragweed and juniper, but today the pollen count for oak in my area was about 46,000 parts per cubic meter. I am in hell right now. This is an unheard of level in my area. FML.

#thanksObama (actually, I just say this because I was with my 62yo aunt yesterday helping her with her taxes and was saying "Thanks, Obama" after she ended up owing a little more than she thought .)

Some serious wind today (as in outdoors, not in my tummy!). Not surprised to hear there have been fallen trees. Then heard about one artist who is wanting to do things like this with them:

and that pic instantly made my day. Seriously, massive bloody owl how awesome is that?!

That's a shame, happy birthday though! :birthday:

I saw that and wondered, if you search a reportedly haunted location would Pac-Man refuse to go, cuz' too many ghosts?

How remarkable love is that two or more people can be so far apart yet be closer then ever.
