So This Friday lent was over at 12 tonight. Went to get a burger with my brother and the drive threw guy was sooooooooo cute. His voice was so hot. He was the definition of twink.

When I think about it...me fixing my hair and trying to impress him was so cute LoL. I wonder if he was straight?

Errr... hello everyone. It's been a while since I last posted anything at all. So ummm... yeah. What I'm thinking right now. Holy shit Martin Guptil! 237 not out. He batted all 50 overs. New Zealand just took West Indies apart. Also, lets see. Oh, yeah hot guy at the local like on campus grill/ corner store. I tried to sink into the corners as I was stuffing my face with ice cream at the time:lol: . Classes are a mess, as I expected. I don't do well at the whole, figure out your own stuff thing. It makes it easier when there is someone telling me straight up, do this homework now, so yeah have to work on that. Errr... what else. Oh, yeah I now know how to shoot a basketball, and catch a baseball, and I have ice skates and a hockey stick. Ummm... hot guys in classes, very distracting:icon_redf Yeah, not much else going on, just leading a quiet life, trying not to tell my room-mate to FUCKING WELL CLEAN UP HIS SIDE OF THE DAMN ROOM!:bang:

I'm thinking that after checking this thread, everyone (including me) on this page so far has mentioned something about feeling attracted to someone/more than one person...

 

So the metal show I'm going to tomorrow is at a gay bar, This will be interesting.

 

I feel the same way. Shame it's so stigmatized by society at large, because I think there would be even more creative combinations if people were allowed to express themselves however they please.

I've always said the regular music at gay bars should be replaced by Slayer and Cannibal Corpse to weed out the undesirables.

 

It's funny.
People in the 50's said the 30's was the best time, that their decade was just too modern. Some in the 80's longed for the 50's. Many people now, including I and others who weren't even born back then, are nostalgic of the 80's, saying it was the best time, and our era is empty of creativity.

The flow of time is amusing. I feel today's era has nothing to become nostalgic over. But I wonder, will others in the 2030's long for the 2010's.

 

I'm super nostalgic about the early 2000s. All the best games I played on gamecube then, they've got heavy nostalgia appeal to me. I personally have never been nostalgic about a time period that I've never been a part of. I think there's a lot that sucks about the past ... I'm pretty happy to be alive in this day and age.

 

If anyone will become nostalgic for the 2010s it's people my age.. this is very much 'our' decade, so to speak. Personally I don't care much for current pop culture, but that's only because my preferred genre of music is basically dead. I haven't heard a decent trance song in about 9 or 10 years.

I get where you're coming from though - I think the idea of anyone being nostalgic for Katy Perry or Lady Gaga seems bizarre to us right now.. but in 15 years, who knows.

I'll report back in 2030 (by which point I'll be 35).

 

I do feel nostalgic from living in a world without mobile phones, internet (at this massive level of popularity) and 11/9. Just these three changes have been enough to change our society forever, there is no turning back.

Being a kid on the 80s and 90s was great. No wonder some internet memes take elements from back then. Tv was also a thing (X files, anyone?) and movies... And looking forward to buy a physical casette... Having to wait for the shop until they received it... Nowadays you just download it with a couple of clicks.

The 30s mean nothing but The Great Depression and war to me, I'd rather live on the 20's anyday

Fuck, my stomach has been acting up. Spend the last 2 hours in pain. Just wonderful. I will eat healthier, starting tomorrow (today?)

Sounds like when I bought Dora the Explorer labeled ice cream for me a while back. Strawberry and Banana ice cream swirled together. Excuse me, I'm getting hungry.

Besides the film industry, the world economy was sort of in shambles.
