    I didn't expect to be missed quite so much while I was on hiatus from social media. Even by people I don't speak to regularly. It's weird, but the good kind of weird.

    Also, I'm confused by a sudden change in someone. Maybe things are becoming normal again? Or maybe things will go back to being weird again tomorrow.

    I'm sort of embarrassed. I speak perfect, fluent Spanish, but when I speak it with strangers and they ask where I learned it and I tell them that I have native fluency, they say I speak it with a heavy American accent; properly, but with a heavy tinge of "gringo." On the one hand I'm proud of being fluent in Spanish, on the other hand I'm sort of saddened I have a heavy American accent when I speak Spanish. I guess I can't go to Latin America and pretend to be a native :lol:.

    Wow my brother and I were thinking about a Dreamcast game that we used to play as kids. He couldn't remember the name, but he started to list some stuff to help us remember it. He said it was anime based, with characters possessing different elemental powers. They fight in a cube in each stage. They can float.

    It took me a good 20 minutes to think about it. And eventually a light bulb lit in my brain. I thought of the game somehow... it was Psychic Force 2012. That was one of my favorite games growing up! :grin:

    I am happy for her, I really am. She's finally out to everyone and they've all accepted her. But here I am, still very much in the closet. Of course I am jealous... I hate this, I wish I could just come out already. Seeing her this happy just reminds me of how unhappy I am.

    Why do some people like to show you pictures of their pets and children? I understand you're probably proud of them, but, I'm about as interested in them as you're interested in my knives. I'm glad I made a good impression, but, I'm a little confused.

    Since the residence halls are now closed, I am sitting in the student center waiting for my friend to get back to their apartment so I can stay the night there.

    I'm thankful to have a place to stay here tonight, because I thought I was screwed when the other person backed out on me.
