I know! I love seeing people up in arms about articles from The Onion!!

 

Picked up the paper vertically and the edge skimmed the front of my neck :/

 

There's an awesome Tumblr blog full of examples of people believing The Onion. It's hilarious to watch these fools xD I swear some of them WANT to believe the articles to excuse their intolerance. That's what I thought when I saw the reactions to the false news story of gay parents making their kid watch them screw.

Glad I don't have to see the extended family today! PARTY HARD! And by that I mean play video games.

But I noticed some thing,
Some days I day dream more about women, and other days more about men.
Actually some times I will go a whole week day dreaming about one gender or the other.
Though the people I like regardless of their gender are always pretty in some way.

 

All right, got to get a coffee thermos somewhere. Wasting way too much money on drinks when I'm already paying into the dining hall services...

Just stood at the bus stop in the freezing cold for almost 35 minutes for a service that's meant to run 'every 10 minutes or better'. From now on, I'll be taking bus times with a pretty big pinch of salt.

I have to go into work in a little over an hour, and I won't be home until around midnight... I really don't want to go in today... :tears:

 

I'm thinking that crushes suck. I feel shitty because the guy I like had a random one night stand with a girl.

But wtf? That doesn't make any sense. It's not like we're in a relationship or anything, and he's perfectly allowed to do that, so I don't understand why I feel so shitty.

Just needed to vent this somewhere.

 

Why have I left an essay to the night before despite having 10 days to do it?

 

Guess it's time to do that geography work I should've done by now...

 

I'm listening to the Now Playing podcast on Thor and Arnie just said this to the other two guys:

"It seems to me like you two are going in and you're like of a mindset 'I want a superhero movie and a superhero movie must be this' Well a big problem for studios is that women don't want that kind of superhero movie"

I don't know how anyone can sit there and say stupid generalising bullshit like this. I'll concede that maybe thanks to gender roling and socialising, that girls aren't as likely to be into those superhero movies but goddamn--I am so sick of generalisations and stereotypes.

and then he added in "they have a hard time getting female viewers into movies unless they have something else to offer" I mean seriously that is fucking bullshit, but at the same time I say what he's saying.

Cause it makes me think of the studios and just general media and shit, and hey you fucking morons, maybe if everything wasn't so gender-roled and everybody brainwashed that superheros are only for boys, more girls would be into superhero shit without the added-in romantic comedy that Arnie mentioned.

 

Went out fully dressed up. Got a lot of smiles and such. But no interaction... No news is better than bad news.

At first glance, I would've said Jacket 1 but now I'm leaning towards Jacket 2. I'm not a fan of jean jackets in the first place.

 

Such a lazy day.... I've pretty much spent my day sitting, sleeping, and smoking.

 

My future mother in law,found out that she has breast cancer caught in the early stages last week Monday and she has the surgery tommorrow.She is glad I am going to support her.My fiance Monte is glad I am supporting her also.
