    @Fugs,

Do NOT let them get you down. You are smart and funny and beautiful and if anyone tells you can't do whatever you set your mind to, it just shows how dumb THEY are <3

I'm tempted to record myself for the accent thread- been told I have a bit of a Pacific NW accent but as a transguy with a high ass voice... Eh, not within my best interests...

You know it's not a friendship when, to paraphrase from the Tootsie Pop commercial, you think, "How many phone calls does it take for ["friend's name" here] to realise I don't want to talk with him?" >____<

I love being back in the Lone Star State. Good to be home. Found out that, on the way to the Boston Logan Airport from South Station, that I left my watch in the Health Club where I was staying. Luckily, they were able to find it. To be quite honest, I was quite surprised  So I have to call them, give them my shipping address and cc # so they can charge it. That watch...I was lucky to get it at the price I did (MSRP: $1000, I got it off of JackThreads for about $95)

Looking at studio apartments online. I really want to move out, lowest I've found is $226/month. My bf wants to move in with me so maybe this is our shot eh?

Idk if I'm a bad person for asking for supplemental income but my therapist, gp, and my psychiatrist are all willing to back me on the disability bit so I might have a shot.

I need some freedom. I won't live much longer like this.

When loneliness and abandonment turn to resentment and bitterness... That's where we are.

I wish Texas had some apartments for that cheap >_> If that were the case, I would've gotten an apartment for me last year

Do you mind me asking what you mean by disability bit?

Well our town is built around BGSU college so that might be why, I think it's really small too but I'm used to being in a room where my bed takes up half the space for the entire day so it wouldn't be a problem. I don't want much honestly, just what I need.

I have bipolar and clinical depression. I've been working really hard to leave my room let alone go outside to find work. I'm terrified of people and it stops me from taking care of myself pretty often.

Bipolar disorder and depression count as disability claims for supplemental income so, from what my therapist told me, I should pass the first step right off the bat and we'll see what happens from there.

I really hope I get it, I need to support my family somehow for how much they've put up with. Hopefully it'll be enough so I can save up and move out sometime. There are guides on how to furnish a studio apartment for $100 or less so I could live pretty cheap ^,^

Interesting  I hope you get it top  Living on your own can get pretty fun  More freedom given to one that lives alone  Aw :frowning2: you should try to meet people...It's really fun and enjoyable but I know what it's like for people to push me out of my comfort zone...so I won't have you take my word for it as all snowflakes are different.

By chance, do you know if Cerebral Palsy can count as disability claims for supplemental income? I'm just curious to see if I can qualify ^.^

Social Security's Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program

That should answer your SSI questions. Freedom would be a huge step for me, yes. Someday I hope to be normal but until then I'm stuck ;(

I am so tired of feeling inferior to people who I consider my "friends". Who do I like to turn to when I'm sick of life? My friends.

So then, who do I turn to now?

(not that it matters, I already slipped away to go home tonight and nobody noticed. I could disappear for quite a while and nobody would care enough to check on me)

    You have my condolences. :icon_sad:

The saddest thing is, I'm fairly certain he has more friends than I do....
