What Are You Thinking?

I used to have a welding helmet that I used to look at solar eclipses with. Maybe I'll just use my camera to take a picture.

 

I you do that post pics! We are not going to see it on the east coast!

 

Today is my last day of vacations. I have mixed feelings about that /:

 

I'm actually in my hometown of Lubbock, which is right in the sweet spot, and I'm watching it through my dad's welding mask with some friends, but it went right behind a small storm before it became a full "ring of fire"! :***: It's happening right now and it's behind a giant cloud!

 

For me, today was the first official day of 'I can't wait 'til it's fall again' or as others like to call it, . . . 'summer'.

I wasn't able to get a good picture. It kept saturating the CCD on my camera.

To view the eclipse I popped the lenses out of 2 pair of sunglasses and stacked them up. Then stoof behind the tinted windows on my truck. We didn't get to see the full eclipse, though it was cool seeing a crescent sun.

 

Today I saw a 7 year-old boy wearing an "I love boobies," bracelet. I doubt he was wearing it to raise awareness for breast cancer.

Yay! I've officially been 21 for the last 47 minutes. It feels great to finally be legal. But it's just downhill from here.

 

If talking to straight guys is just as hard as talking with my father abroad, how much more if I talked to guys of my own league (bi/gay)? That's just HELL.

In a depressing sign of my lack of "coolness", I don't get the whole deal behind "Tits or GTFO", and find it rather unfair that there's not a "c*ck or GTFO". Hmph.

 

I'm thinking of how nervous I'm getting and very excited I'm getting about this Wednesday!!!!! I have my Senior Speech this Wednesday and it is basically life and death situation. If I don't do well on this final speech I'm screwed!! BUT!! I know I will do just fine because I love talking to people and 5 simple judges does not faze me one bit I'm actually more excited then I am nervous I can't wait to present my material!!!! !!!!!!!!!! SUPER EXCITED!!! and its only Monday o.0

 

Here is how far it progressed before it went behind a cloud. It was just a few minutes from being a perfect ring. (The red is from the welder's mask by the way. The sky was colored normally.)
