i took a 30 minute nap in the grass today, and now i have a very distinct v-neck tan line from my shirt. well.. at least it's symmetrical.

 

M.I.A.'s third album, Maya, has FINALLY brought me to the point of love <3

I was disappointed with it at first, especially because its so different than her second (and greatest) album Kala. But then I realized that, these two albums CANT be similar because she is sing about two completely different situations.

Kala was like, an hour long street party hosted by some third world country in the middle of summer time xD

But Maya is much more about governments, and the way the internet has affected people. While its not as exciting in the sonic sense as Kala, its got all the heart, and all the creativity of it =]

It was Bollywood day at the school I'm at today. I can feel your excitement.

 

Actually, that kinda sounds fun to me xD The Bollywood look is pretty cool to me =] Kids at my school were always very eager to dress up and have fun with the theme days.

Huh. I guess the way you say something can change the way it is altogether. I edited that project I was working on, and suddenly how I perceive myself in the paper went from "dead inside" to "emotionally detached".

 

should of taken up my mums offer of opening up my birthday presents at 12, now i have to wait for the morning.

in other news, its now official my birthday (well in my time zone anyways)
