The only category I really gave a care about was metal. Of course it went to Iron Maiden instead of Lamb of God.

Was anyone else like WTF when the band that won best album won it xD I was like "wait who?"

I was happy to see bieber lose altho i wanted florence to get it

The opening performance was magical

Usher didn't even sing he just danced and spoke while out of breath, and i really got a pedophile vibe every time he touched or spoke to the biebs

Bruno, B.O.B, and that other girl where ok but i much preferred the lead up to the country version of a rise against song xD i really want to know who that first band was they where really good and excited and the suit with the yellow bait hat was classy as shit haha.

Rihanna sucked imo, emminem was really good but he looked so pissed xD

Katy Perry sang live and it was good that was the first time i've seen that, she gains a new level of respect from me but i will be expecting more good live performances.

Lady Antebellum was really bad in that performance imo and i think their song is good and all but not good enough to get awarded what it did...

I when Barbra Streissan got introduced i really wanted that club thumping beat to start up instead of her singing and the idea of that happening still makes me smile.

Lady Gaga's performance was straight classy, she didn't go over the top and she stuck to the message of the song. I think it would have been annoying for her to do a performance so nuts that we forgot what she was singing. Besides the dance number was epic and she sang it almost as good as the one playing on my itunes and i love that she slowed it down for the gay,straight, or bi, lesbian transgendered part.

Although her outfits really did get me this time like in a shocked way i never have been before with her. Usually i think it is cool or funny or awesome and this time i was just like "what the fuck." And the whole going down the red carpet in the egg from the Born this Way performance was fucking shut up crazy... and awesome.

meh idk no one in my house had heard of them so we where just confused cause they looked like that one nomination that is obviously there just for show xD They where good tho and i wanted to look at more of their stuff.

and i forgot to mention that will smith needs to stop it. Other people just get their kids an xbox, or maybe a guitar, not movie roles, grammy performances, and songs that are really not that good but annoyingly catchy. So please Will smith spare me the pain of having to see your children get ridiculous shit just because you have the money and connections.... i mean at least tone it down to like a pony, or a G6

I am fucking thrilled that the Arcade Fire won.

 

I was happy that Lady Antebellum won.

 

I was happy that Justin Bieber lost.

 

I don't like Justin Bieber, just looking at him makes me feel like a cradle robber.

Arcade Fire are amazing, seeing them live was one of the greatest experiences of my life. So glad they won, they really deserve it.

You should listen to Funeral or the Suberbs - they're really a band where you have to hear the album, but the individual songs rule as well.

 

beiber lost because his voice, 5 years after when he should have hit puberty, is starting to crack and lower.

and there goes my theory that he was a castrati...

beiber fever is like the music industry equivilent of a virulent STD.

then again, I hate bubblegum pop with a vengence. it is souless tripe meant to sell for all the wrong reasons.

3rd most listened-to artist of 2010. 'Funeral' is top 10 in more end of decade album lists than any other album of the noughties. 'The Suburbs' was number 1 in many, many countries, including your own. I fail to see how they're unknown at all.

 

I know of them, but after seeing them on The Daily Show I don't understand the appeal.

Oh i can accept that not everyone likes them / thinks they're good, whatever, i'm just defending them from being 'unknown', which is so unbelievably false.
