Hello. I am 18 and trans, and considering transitioning in the future (mtf). But I'm afraid I'll come out...less than great looking. I have two pictures in a folder on my profile; one unaltered, and one that I drew on eyebrows and hair using the computer. I'm hoping to get an opinion or two about being able to pass, in the future, and on how I might do.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.

@Jane anon... You're very pretty. I think if you transitioned to would be a lovely woman. You're features are soft for someone dmab which will definately be to your advantage. I think you'll be very pretty, no question.

On a side note: I was wondering what gender you all would peg me as?

@Kaylen Thank you very much
You look female to me. I kind of love your hair.

    Combo-breaker here. Contacts

I hated my eyebrows and spend hours trying to tame them. Now I'm even proud.

Kaylen, your profile pic shows someone who is looking feminine. Would you upload more pics? Maybe you've changed.

Made an album with a few recent pics on my profile, so feel free to shoot me.
    Getting better, getting worse?

    Female. Sorry.

I think you will pass wonderfully.
Growing your hair out is a good start, because even if you're not ready to come out yet, there are plenty of males who also have long hair, so you probably won't be found out.

Sorry I don't know how to do what you asked. I do have one picture on my profile you can view that.

My ten cents - i never get caught up or over worried about " passing " i just try to look my best and present the best I can. If I pass great if not, that is fine too. Regardless I am enjoying expressing myself.

Now I agree with the one comment about the pink sweater.

Only thing I would suggest is to use dermablend under your foundation to hide some of the greyish color of your beard bleeding thru. Like you I have a thick beard and need all the help I can to conceal it.

I feel the same way. I'm 6'5" so it's very unlikely that I will ever truly pass, but it seems as long as I make an effort to present myself as a typical, reasonably well dressed woman, people take me seriously and treat me as though I actually were passing.

Based on your profile pic alone, I'd say you look pretty neutral

    I think you'd transition really well

Are we allowed to just post a description of our clothes/hair? I don't have any pictures of myself.

You can, howevwe we'd be missing a lot of information on if you pass. Passing or not tends to come down to subtle little things.

You could, but it's a lot easier to tell when there's an image to go with it

So, now when I have more photos on my profile, I would like to know how well I pass. Also, is it just me or smiling makes me look feminine?
