[Survival] Scenario Game [Of the most Creative]

I get my teeth and attempt to bit of my trapped foot. Eventually I free myself by removing my bloody foot. I then pick up my severed foot and use it to fight off the barbaric monkeys and poisonous snakes i then fall backwards over a waterfall, I am hurtling downwards, there is nothing to grab onto and no one to help me, I don't have any powers or any ropes of any kind. How do I stop falling onto the rocks and causing my death?
