    Try to actually talk to them as well over the phone or Skype or something. Writing is one thing, but you might be surprised at how much better you'll feel. After actually talking about it out loud. Of course, no matter what, we're here for you :slight_smile: I <3 you too, girl!

    Thats the thing, i dont have a phone, my mom constantly monitors hers. I dont have a webcam so i cant do skype so fb is my only option.

    Sometimes I feel that way, too. So I just try to post and help other people as much as I can! :slight_smile: I use the Full Metal Alchemist policy of Equivalent Exchange: Give as much as you get, and you don't have to worry about getting too much. When I feel like I do that, I don't feel so guilty. :slight_smile:
