    In theory, yes. You could have an Orchidectomy (having the testes removed), or SRS, which would eliminate the vast majority of your testosterone production. With this, you would very slowly develop female secondary sex characteristics, ie) boobs and stuff.

    Also, a note, I take my estrodial sublingually, (under the tongue), so that is a means by which you could have HRT, without needing to consume pills. However, it would be a good idea to pair HRT with an antiandrogen, Orchidectomy, or SRS to eliminate testosterone production.

    I also wanted to mention for those that don't already know and are wanting mtf srs, keep your junk until you actually have srs! The surgeon uses the penis to form the inside wall of the vagina. The more there is the deeper you could possibly be. And don't worry about it if you can, just learn to tuck like gaykid! XD

    Omg, so, i sleptt in full drag last night, and when i woke up i felt so amazing. I felt like a girl, my tuck stayed in place and my boobs stayed too. For once i am happy, truely happy. Just Thought i would share this with you guys. :slight_smile:

    Kkay, :frowning2: i just wish there was some way to make her understand how i feel. Every time i talk about trans people she says "you know that if you get srs your an it not a he or she." And then we get into an argument about proper pronouns.
