It said I have severe social anxiety. Most of my points were on 'usually' on the second collumn. I'm fine with doing most things if I have to but I tend to avoid them.

    I got 85. Fear: 38, and Avoidance: 47.

    'You have severe social phobia.'

Seems about right but was higher than I expected.

I'm getting better at this, and I can do better, but I just need to increase my self-confidence. If I'm having a confident day, I have far less social anxiety. These don't happen that regularly though.

I got the result of very severe social anxiety.
I was clinically diagnosed when I was 11. I went to a therapist when I was 12. I wasn't getting better with therapy so she told my mom that my case was very severe and I needed to go to another therapist and psychologist. I hate living with it as it prevents me from doing anything I want to do.

I'm marked as Sever e Social Anxiety. To me personally, I don't think so. Then again, look who's talking! I can't even order my own food or get a cart at a store without someone with me!

    My score:

    32(fear) + 27(avoidance) = 59

    I have moderate social anxiety

I believe this is about right. There are certain social situations that make me more anxious than other situations do.

My social anxiety has improved over the years. I still have anxiety, but it's more generalized. If I was diagnosed with anything, it would probably be GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder).

My social anxiety is a lot worse than this. It's an overall feeling of dread of isolation and wanting to stay at home or frequent worry about bad things happening. My head just goes through these horrible scenarios. It's annoying. The fight is just leaving the house not usually one particular thing.

I got 9 for fear, 12 for avoidance. So, 21? Was expecting that, actually...
