    I've wanted to reply, but didn't really knew how to put all of it into words.

    I like that I can make my own choices regarding:

    1. fashion,
    2. what I will do with my time,
    3. how I earn and spend my income,
    4. my body my choice. No one can decide for me.
    5. I have a lot more independence. I can fend for myself and not be treated as a child who knows nothing or be bullied. I have a voice now and am taken more seriously.

    Adulthood has really given me the chance to be who I really am. I moved to a more accepting area and I work in a job that is super accepting. I can wear what I want to because I can buy my own clothes. I also love the independence that it has given me. I pretty much live in my own a few hours from where I grew up at. So that gives me a chance to really express myself without worrying about reactions to that.
