Opinions of October

Halloween is my favourite holiday of them all, and I always throw a kick ass party. Plus autumn is my favourite month, so it's win win for me

 

I loved October when I lived in a warmer climate. Where I live now, September feels more like what October used to feel like. So now September is my favorite. I love the long light and beautiful leaves and just the general atmosphere. It feels like the year's twilight.

 

I LOVE OCTOBER AND HALLOWEEN!!!!!! This is my favorite time of year! I love being able to wear a light jacket and feeling the breeze and feet crunching the colorful leaves. Halloween is my favorite holiday because you can be your fantasy and have a day to be whatever you want.

I love October, because its usually the month that the weather cools off to around 60-80 degrees during the day and 50-60 degrees at night.

Ah, soooooo niiiiiice.

Too bad its only for a few weeks. Would be nice to have a whole year of this weather.

 

I like October but im not that bothered about Halloween. I usually get the flu around this time of year so at the moment im ok with the month because im not ill yet.

October can be annoying sometimes, but most of the time it's cool. The leaves are beginning to change colors, it's starting to get colder (which most people do not like, but I don't really mind it that much), and there's Halloween, which can get a bit hectic, especially because for some reason it always seems to be rainy and cold on that day, but it can be fun as well. October also is one month closer to winter, which is my favorite season.
Overall, October is usually enjoyable, but can sometimes be annoying, just as any other month/season can. :icon_bigg

 

Only 6 more months before I can go cycling in the evenings again

 

I like the cooler weather it brings. This weekend has been particularly beautiful here. Plus, boots.

 

I hate October. This is the time of year I hate the most. Ive never been a fan of Halloween. I hate fall smells, fall tastes. I hate pumpkin so all this pumpkin spice crap needs to go and it can take its friend caramel apple with it. Bah Humbug!

 

I don't like or get the hoopla of Halloween anymore. They used to make some really good Halloween films, though. (I'm looking at you old Disney Channel!) I do LOVE pumpkin! Not pumpkin spice, but stewed and pureed pumpkin. I use it often in my cooking. The seeds are really good. They smell like yogurt, but taste like cheese.

Have you noticed that they seem to promote cannibalism through it now, what with the body part candies?
