LGBT News Northern Ireland bakery guilty of discrimination

    That's how it works most of the time. When you are being discriminated against, there are always "other reasons." This is why discrimination cases are insanely hard to prove. But, of course, when people come right out and say they are discriminating, as this business did, it's insanely easy. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    I am largely in agreement, as we don't want people filing tons of false claims. You actually need to have a case before you go to court. I don't think these types of cases are criminal cases, all of them are civil. These are simply civil matters to try and ensure equal access to the market place.

    Then have every government have a list of recognised religions and have a list of sins for each religion. And they can only go without that if the religion came before the law.
