MBTI types

INTJ

 

I am an INFJ. Apparently the rarest Myers-Briggs type. Quite interesting seeing that so far 14% have said the same in the poll. I guess the poll (when compared to how prevalent a certain personality type is in the general public) is kind of showing what personality types are most likely to join a site like this where you can anymously connect with strangers.

 

I'm an INTJ. I've been into MBTI for about a year now. It has taught me a lot about myself and others. It's interesting to see so many INTJ's in the same place but I guess the internet (forums especially) wherein we are able to express ourselves in writing (as opposed to talking to strangers in real life) without judgment and reach introspection are what we are inherently drawn to.

 

This has probably been said before but a tip is to look more at the cognitive functions instead of the tests above. They mainly focus on behavior which is not necessarily an accurate way of typing given that it only tells you what you are based on what you do rather than how you think. Such tests often mistype a lot of people. In fact, INTJ and INFJ are very rare types so I bet a lot of those % you see are just mistypes. Typeinmind is a great site for this. Ignore the assessment and click on type descriptions. The jungian cognitive functions basically describe how you take in and process information.

 

ISFJ

 

EC seems to be full of INTJ types like myself. The standard description of the INTJ is spot-on, in my case.

 

i'm an enfp according to the jungian functions, but according to the mbti i usually get infp or intp. i guess it does kinda depend on the system you use
