    V told me that her gay guy friends always said that they were the "fun gays" and lesbians were all boring and sullen. Can you believe it? I think we are proving that we know how to have a good time.

    I definitely need to get inked. The only thing that stops me is that I have no idea what to choose or where to put it. I have this idea that I'd like something that's completely visible (forearm?) and something that's hidden.

    I have four and all have personal meaning attached to them. My arms (and tomorrow's two additions on the collar bone) are a little harder to hide, but doable if I need too. My other two (lower right side of my back- yes I am that person, and foot) rarely see the light of day, but I like it that way. :slight_smile:

    I got mine shortly after I came out. I went to an astrologist who told me that venus and the moon, two female symbols, are very present in my natal chart (I love astrology haha). And I had also seen that semicolon tattoo that was for depression, which I get, so I merged the two. Venus is the dot at the top of the semicolon and the moon (a crescent moon) is the colon. So for me it has a lot of meaning and I have no regrets.

    Think of things that mean a lot to you and go from there if you want one :grin:

    @RJay and @Soundofmusic Thanks! That makes me a little lightheaded actually, lol.

    I'm supposed to get another tattoo this weekend too, believe it or not. My philosophy is, if necessary, they can be hidden - when I have to be an adult and give presentations and go on client sites. And they are all meaningful because it's a meaningful time in your life (this is a meaningful time in all of our lives).

    Isn't this the most fun thread ever?!?

    Oh my I go to work and during that time the thread turns into a photo shoot! I've actually had some photos up there--of quotes (of course..)

    None of me, as I am scaredy cat on all that...BUT because photos seem to be a requirement to get invited to RJays slumber party :wink: I threw three up there (waiting for approval)--all boring selfies! (I do actually DO things other than take selfies but those photos all have other people in them--will involve some cropping effort!)
    I'll probably get all paranoid :fearful:and delete them so could be limited time offer! So for those who miss them--- brown hair/blue eyes and a fan of all dangling and hoop earrings ----sums it up right there!

    Wow! I love how you did that tattoo! The way you combined everything together to make it meaningful for you, and I imagine it looks really cool too! It seems like the type of tattoo you will never regret ---Hoping you will post a photo!
