I totally, totally agree with you on the Tumblr situation. I've seen tons of posts that would seem to be supportive of the LGBT community and I would see my followers or the people I was following who reblogged these things but I would get a lot of hate when I posted my photos in drag. I felt like they treated it as if it where a trend and whoever doesn't suit this trend needed to do something else. And that's one thing I'm sick of so many people doing now a days. It's like you said with the illnesses, they just don't realize the struggle and sorry but I feel like they're completely mocking the LGBT community. It's okay to be all for LGBT, it's okay to be curious but it's not okay to treat it like you'll one day grow out of it.

I also found a lot of the other blogs that where about LGBT to be almost secretly harmful, like the negativity was hiding in plain site. They where like those really mean popular kids in high school, where they'd seemed nice to the eye but upon talking to them or asking them questions, they'd either give you some short clichéd answer or they'd say nothing at all. I didn't find the ones that I've found to be helpful in any way which is the exact opposite of what they presented themselves to be. They seemed to be all about how good they where and to not feel ashamed or be afraid of who you are but they've literally made me feel like a loser.

When I learned about all of these new different names for different things like cis, which is someone who isn't transitioning or genderfluid which is someone who can feel like a male or a female whenever.. I got it but I also had to wonder why people where coming up with these new names for different things. Like to me, someone who doesn't want to transition is just someone who doesn't want to transition. I don't see them as anything other than that. I mean if they want to say that's what they are, then great.. but personally I don't see them that way. I see people as they are when they stand in front of me. I don't try to pick out of the crowd who's gay or who's not gay.. you know? The label thing is a bit hard for me and now with all these new things coming up it's even worse.

In full honesty, I initially thought this was Pret_Allez's convoluted way of coming out as a transgender lesbian.

"Tofu Stir Fry... is that some kind of euphemism? I didn't know that. Well you learn something new every day".

I have only ever eaten tofu on accident. Sometimes I think it's chicken, sometimes cheese, it can disguise itself as anything really. The method of deception is beside the point. Once it's inside....you're FUCKED.

After reading through all the inspirational and helpful posts I think it's safe to admit that I am in fact a sesame chicken-kin. It honestly feels so great to get this out into the world. It's taken so long to accept myself and figure out that I wasn't actually a beef-and-vegetable kin, but after 6 trips to Panda Express (and one to a local place called Chef Wang) I finally figured myself out. THank you all for showing how supportive you can be to the food-kin like us.

Well if you ever experience discrimination, you can always resort to being faux-fu for the tofu-intolerant...
