Well, in the anime, only the bottom face actually moved. I think the other 2 are just a scare factor for predators. And only female combees evolve into Vespiquen, and it's only a 15% chance they'll be female :S (Females are also the only ones with the red dot thing)
Huh? How are you supposed to be scared of those? I'd end up eating it if i was like that teddy bear pokemon. Now its evolution is what i'm terrified of :lol:
Mew, hands down. I *so* wish you could have caught them in the game... I usually went and cheated. Oh, and does anyone remember MissingNo (glitch Pokemon from R/B)? I caught a few of those. though never actually used them, much. If they grow a level in battle, mine would always evolve into Kangashkan. :dry:
Leave Combee alone! I love its awkwardness as I can relate. You can rag on Vespiqueen though; it's ugly as heck.
i caught like 50 missingno. xDD after a while all of my pokemon's attacks switched >__e;; so i had a kakuna with something like fire blast >8D
Blastoise is fairly ftw, must admit. I played Yellow for many a year, and never quite managed to finish it Times like these I wish my Game Boy Colour was still working so I could finish that wondrous game once and for all. Favourite Pokemon...Zapdos! Loves it

Well I think combee is cute but...strange. You can kinda tell compared to first 150 pokemon that they are really running out of ideas :dry: Thats why you save like right before the legendary battles, then catch them. If they faint then turn off your game and try again :lol: Thats what I always did. I remember Moltres was in some random place in Victory Road. He was not easy to find, i kinda ran into him because i took a wrong turn somewhere and was like "whaaa?" :lol:
And yet they STILL don't have a koala, dolphin, peacock, dodo bird, panda or such pokemon. They like to recycle the birds and butterflies, which i don't really hate, but some of the new ones make no sense =P
