I've been seeing loads of people having problems and I guess I'm just lucky! I have had no trouble logging in, errors or lagging. Hopefully everything will be sorted out for everyone soon!
i like how the game goes from 5 year old easy to straight out wtf in these dungeons, my witch doctor just collapses in the hell dungeons and i cant even lay proper damage zzz the cut scenes ARE EPIC especially the ones into act 2 and act 4
This game is awesome. I have a Wizard at level 51. I also have a Witch Doctor at 30 and a Barbarian at 20 something now. All the classes I've played so far are so much fun. Loving the game. :3
Well its been a week and I'm still waiting for my game to arrive. Apparently they are out of stock... they should have foreseen the amount of orders and been more prepared
oh god this game I love it so much. Level 25 wizard and 16 demon hunter. who thought you could put so much fun into one program?
Just hit level 52 on my Demon hunter. Had to stop and grind for a bit because Nightmare mode (final boss) was owning me too hard.
Oh man guys, I picked this up last week... such a bad idea. Any study time I previously had is gone down the drain. But it's so fun! I've kinda just got a DH, WD, and monk all on the roll at the same time... I can't seem to pick one to play. Not that I'm particularly far, I just finished Act 1 <_< Is there anything horrible for late game? I've heard WD gets pretty bad since pets don't scale well, apparently.
Am I the only one who ragequit after the repair cost upgrades? Also Belial is a complete whore on insanity. Luckily I beat him before that terrible update.
Well, I'm still on normal, so my repair costs are nothing Uh, yeah. Playing my witch doctor at the moment... I've got a demon hunter almost to Belial but I feel like he won't be the issue. My WD feels like she has no mobility to dodge his attacks. I'm running a Spirit Barrage/Haunt build right now. I've tried darts and bats and nothing seems to work well/fast enough against him. :/ Oh, and solo of course.
...I suppose I should clarify that I have no problem with his first form, it's when he turns all giant and green and shiz is when I have problems. I tried popping Horrify-Stalker for another small movement boost, which helps a little... I guess it's positioning I need to work on. ---------- Post added 5th Jul 2012 at 01:10 PM ---------- HAH. Sorry for the triple-post, but I beat him! I had to kill nearly all of my settings to boost my framerate... apparently my kiting sucks when my FPS is lower. So on that note... anyone got tips on how I can boost it without making my game ugly? :/
Actually, once you get the Fierce Loyalty passive skill (extends life regeneration and thorns to your pets) they work really well (until you get to Inferno...but nothing works well in Inferno lol). Inferno is evil/horrible no matter who you are. I have 6k armor, 40k hp, and 25k dps on my DH and I'm still struggling to get past the first few quests on Act II :tantrum: Btw if you're having issues beating bosses on Normal you're probably just under-equipped. Remember: the AH is your friend! Edit: Omg I know, right? Ugh, 10k repairs per death is no fun when every 2-3 hits in Inferno kills you :/
I know... I was ok with repair costs being increased - obviously 5k to repair wasn't much. But to have it suddenly jump up to 20K for my gear makes it impossible to break even on Act 3. Absolutely killed it for me. I'm so freakishly poor right now I can't continue. I refuse to drop to a lower act just so to get money... As for pets - they really don't scale well. I am a WD in Act 3 and I gace up on them as soon as I started Act 2. Mind you this WAS pre-1.0.3. Maybe the damage nerf has made them more usuable but I doubt it. I had 5K Armor and 650 res all btw. But yeah you are currently on Normal difficulty and pets are fine all the way through Hell. Enjoy them while you can.
Ya sure? 'Cause I get 300k per Act III Nightmare run with Nephalem Valor . BIG time waster though haha (especially if you go back to Act III in Inferno and hit all the those wall white clusters...)
