    Just had a flash of memory that it was my eighth EC-versary yesterday. I've long since outgrown this place, but back then, when I was completely alone, it became everything to me. EC was how I learned that people could like me. The forum has changed completely since then, and honestly a lot of the changes I don't think have been good, but I hope it's still benefitting other young queer people who need it as much as I did.

    Finally back at my apartment. I only had to stay one extra day, so that is at least not terrible. The cats are happy to see me though! Thankfully, I left out extra food and water in case I was delayed in my hometown.

    It is so frustrating that I want to share with my family my plans for the future, but I don't because I don't think thy will understand. So I keep my thoughts to myself and only reveal piece at a time. Its like hello playing a game of chess, and I'm always reminding myself that I really suck at chess.
    When I let a bit of my plan out for them to see they question me relentlessly. They say I haven't thought it through and that I'm being impulsive. I tell them how most of my plans have been a year in the making. They don't really believe me.

    Kimchi, bob the drag queen, and Naomi smalls are my personal top three picks. Thinking acid Betty or thorgy Thor are more like then Naomi though.

    That moment when you have the book club coming over in four hours, still have a ways to go to finish reading the book, and realise that you can't get the motivation to continue reading the book. I am increasingly realising that plays aren't my thing.
