On a far less serious note, my hair keeps getting wiry. I hate getting old. And yes, I also have thinning pitches and gray on the left side. What the hell happened to my 18 year old hair?

I don't believe we have this problem in this community; however, friendly reminder to all people who reject the concept of mandatory vaccinations. Most of the current generations are too young to have witnessed the power of contagions first handed.

Fun Fact: Measles can survive in the air of the room for up to two hours. It has over a ninety percent infectious rate.

    Suspended in mid-air...

    Two hours...

Vitamins come with the chance of negative side effects. Medicine is never perfect; however, preventable diseases have been the number one cause of death since the creation of humanity. The benefits outweigh the risks. Give your child the fucking shot.

Ted Cruz seems to think same sex marriage is a state's rights issue. He also seems to forget that 50 years ago his own marriage would have been a state's rights issue.

Oh man, Republicans who hate gay people so much as to forget their own history of being discriminated against is great. Please, PLEASE tell me this man will never become President. He's either this stupid or he's nefarious enough to act stupid to appeal to his base. Either/or, it's dangerous having him in power controlling US Policy on LGBTQ Rights.

Damn I hope it snows enough by the time classes start so that we get a snow day. I have an exam today, and so getting an extra day to study would be greattttt.

I can't agree with you more. It has made me very sad that in America we've now politicized medical advice for children. It astounds me how quickly people forget that diseases like small pox and polio used to literally wipe out big chunks of the population. How do they think those diseases have been eradicated?

The vaccination "debate" is such utter nonsense. This is so not about personal freedom. It's about public health. It's fine to have asinine discussions about political ideology when children's lives are not at stake. But refusing to have your kid vaccinated is tantamount to child abuse.

Sorry for the rant. But I feel very strongly about this, and it is what I've been thinking!

I can't believe that "Melanie's Marvelous Measles" is a real book.
"But autism tho!" Even if vaccines did cause autism, it would be way better than having your kid die of measles or smallpox! "But vaccines have mercury!" It's a very small amount of non-elemental mercury, so that argument is like saying that the americium in smoke alarms causes radiation poisoning.

Ever thought of saying what you have written here to the person? I'd pick a 'nicer' language, but it might be worthwhile to have it out in the open. (*hug*)

Hmmm... doesn't that means they don't interested in you?

Very cruel and rude way to do it but... I say you better sail to the fresh waters to find more fish.(*hug*)

Two accents that sound absolutely adorable in English:

    So cute.

I've noticed that when I'm stoned, I'm way more responsible. Like, I'll grab a damn orange or banana and drink bottles of water. And during the day, not stoned, I'm just going and making myself a sandwich and getting a Coke.

I mean, god. It'd almost be better for my health to get stoned more often, I think.
