Have you ever been mistaken for the wrong age?

Today my (soon to be ex) shrink told me that i looked between 20 and 30 years old, does that count?!

 

Have I ever NOT been mistaken for the wrong age, would be the better question

 

I have 21yrs but people always think I have 15, I remember one day someone thought my age was 13, I'm a petite person and my facial expression don't help! :dry: , but no matter what people still thinks I'm younger ~sighs

 

some guy at a restaurant thought i was 12 or 13. at that time i was 15, it was so embarrassing, jeez. other times people used to think i was 17, it's weird

 

I'm 16 and people always think I'm 10 or 11.They sometimes even ask me how many years younger I am than my sister. She's 12! I'm even 6 inches (at least) taller than her :bang: :icon_sad:

 

In high school I was mistaken not really by age but by year. When I was in 9th everyone thought I was in 10th. In 10th it was 11th and 11th was 12th but when I was in 12th grade everyone thought for some weird reason I was in 9th. That was kinda awkward.

 

People usually think I'm 13 or 16. And one time trying to help my cousin sign up for sixth grade...they thought I was signing up...I was 21 by that point lol.

 

People often mistake me for being older than I am, and are shocked when they find out my true age. It used to be a compliment when I was younger, but now I feel slightly insulted, because that basically means I don't take good care of myself, therefore making me "age" faster :dry: Then again, I should probably still view it as a compliment, because maybe they mean I'm very mature for my age. Or maybe it's a genuine mistake

 

Most people think I'm in my mid 20's when I shave especially. When I was younger, I could pass for older. I had (and still have) a lot of leg hair when I was 14.

 

Yeah, I'm 5'0" so a lot of people who don't know me ask me things like "how many years till you graduate high school?" (I graduated 3 years ago) :eek:

 

Yes! On the way back from the beach this year, my mum stopped us by Cracker Barrel and the sever asked if we needed a kids menu!

 

Luckily, it doesn't happen often. During my last year of college, though (I was 19), a bus driver asked me if I was an 8th grader... Ouch!

 

All the time. People keep thinking Im in my late 30's. One woman thought I was 22!!!!
LMAO. Hell, I WISH I was 22 again!!!!


Nobody can guess my weight either. I've won prizes from a couple of those "guess my weight" things at the amusement parks. They don't even come close!!!!

 

I took my brother to the hospital once and not once but twice they thought I was his father. He is two years older than me.

 

OMG! I had a roommate once, and everybody thought I was HIS father!!!!!

I just laughed and shook my head at them and their stupidity.

 

I've been mistaken as my younger sibling's mother, and I'm almost fifteen.

 

I was mistaken for a woman by a shop owner I'd previously been a customer for, today

 

People either think I am 15 or 10. It's very unpleasant.

 

I can still pass for a child at movie theaters, which is really a curse and a blessing
