You and me both! There is a concept in lean manufacturing that decisions should be left to the last responsible moment. Trouble is, I can't tell the difference between responsible and possible...
Wise decision. Definitely, your method is more efficient and you avoid going crazy at the last minute.
I usually have all my presents bought and wrapped before the end of November. I was two weeks into December this year. I bought wrapping paper, sellotape and even Christmas label stickers. My sister waited until today Christmas morning to wrap her presents using the supplies I bought and to be honest she should’ve gone with gift bags. In the past I’ve re-wrapped presents if I didn’t think I’d done a good enough job but the rest of my family doesn’t live up to my standards. I don’t really care what I get I like reactions to my gifts more.
This weather is making me sad. It's one thing to have a couple freakishly warm days each winter. But it's basically January and no sign of winter yet.
Eight days ago, I thought to myself, 12 days off and I could tell I needed it by the second day. Can't believe that only 3 days are left.
