Well one of my friends didnt really say anything. she just had the funniest expression ever. She was driving and i was on the back seat with my other friend who is also gay, N Me: Hey S, guess what? S: chicken butt Me: Im gay!! S: (turns around with a confused angryish face) Me: turn around ur driving! N: hahahaha Me: are you surprised? S: well sort of, i kind of had a feeling Me: :bang: N: (keeps on laughing) haha. it was funny. another one with a classmate, V, she is a girl Me: So you do think im gay? V: um yea Me: okay V: are you? Me: yea V: aw how cute Me: what? ahah V: at least u dont have to deal with girls, they are a pain.. Me: haha. I told 2 other people but all they said was that they had a feeling too. Its so weird how my friends from last year were surprised when i told them. But now in college evryone has a feeling i am... i guess its because im more open and out than i was in HS.
Nice to see so many funny, good experiences! I'm still waiting for one. My best so far was when I told my cousin who is gay and she wasn't out either, she said something funny, though I can't remember the specifics! Sorry for the letdown.
Me: "btw ,im gay." him: "what? but your car is so cool." Me: "Damn straight." Him: "no wonder it's so clean. and don't you mean damn gay?"
When I came out to my brother, he got this smile on his face and walked over to my closet doors and started opening and closing them while staring at me with this little cocky smile on his face. Definitely the funniest response I got.
I get responses like this all the time. Funny as. 'but gay people dont like V8s, they like shitty 4 Cylinder cars'
Well I had a best friend who her grandma thought her granddaughter and I should date. That old lady loved me to death haha. So I came out to my friend and she's like "I don't believe you"...eventually she did. Then she decided to tell her grandma so then she'd stop trying to get us to become bf and gf. Then she later interrogated me lol. Grandma: Kelsey, I have a question for you. Megan: Nana, don't ask that. It's not a big deal. Grandma: I know it's not, but I just want to know. Megan: Jesus Christ. Grandma: Are you gay Kelsey? Me: Uhhh yee. Grandma: Oh that's good, nothing wrong with that. It was funny cause I was 13 and she was like 60+ and so it was awkward. But I was pretty amazed with the response. Which was cool =) She was the best. And funniest senile person ever. <3
My dad said, after reffering to my mom's opinion in something he shouldnt have told her: We're not suprised. Best friend's: This doesnt lower my opinion of you in any way (gotta love her, she was my first outing) 2nd best friend's (msn): (A little background. the year before, i'd attempted around 95836835646493 comings out at school, which had all ended with me embarresing a boy, and pretending to be straight.) "You know, the kids at school really don't even know if i'm gay or straight" (Long pause. i got a little worried) "No, they don't. its funny" "Do you know?" (The enter button was kind of hard to press) "Erm... I dunno. I think you're straight, but you might be bisexual" "Then you're in for a suprise. I'm pan-lesbian" "Whats pan-lesbian?" (I took some time to explain) My closest guy friend: COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL The guys in my class: Have you fucked a girl before? The girls in my class: Is that why you have dyke written on your hand?
During a conversation with my girlfriend about how I wanted to be a transsexual and how i might try to fully become a woman after a while she said 'Fuck it, i'll be a woman too'!! She's a bloody nutjob, but i love her.
For my performance team, I had stayed in the closet just cause it never came up. And throughout the years, I got comments from other boys about how I was really touchy with girls etc. but I hid my sexual preference pretty well so only a few girls knew. So we would always hang out and cuddle or whatever. Some of the team members had NO idea. At a party, my boyfriend (wasnt then) kept asking this girl on my team if I was gay or not and she adamantly insisted that I was not gay. After I started dating my boyfriend (somebody who they all knew) the news spread like wildfire throughout the entire team. Later, at the end of the year, we hand out fake awards to everybody on the team. Mine was the "Best Kept Secret and Now It All Makes Sense" Award/. its not as funny as a story, but it was pretty funny as an accumulation of spending about 3 years with these people.
when i came out to one of my closest female friends, she was shocked and the only thing that came out of her mouth was "you don't dress well enough to be gay!" needless to say i died from laughter lol.
My brother and I have this little inside joke going where he would bug me about saying indeed, as its the notable saying of Teal'c from Stargate SG-1. We were sitting on the couch when this happend: Me: Indeed Brother: Teal'c Me: Is awesome...just like someone else I can think of Brother: Let me guess M*** Me: Yeah...how did you know? Brother: Lets just say next time you look at pictures of you and your boyfriend cuddling...remember to shut off your computer before you walk away Me: :bang: A gay friend after seeing my relationship status on facebook: Friend: So what is this speal about you dating a guy? Is that a joke? Me: Nope Friend: OMG that is so awesome I am so happy for you...I'm going to feel so much comfier around you now...so wait are you gay or bi Me: Bi Friend: Awesome I so can't wait to talk to you about all the hot guys around here Other friend: I always sort of sensed you weren't totally straight this all sort of made up for my mom's response of dead silence after which I repeated myself to which she replied so long as you're happy followed by more silence
When I texted my roommates saying i'm gay, I got a lot of interesting texts... Roomie1 "That's awesome! I'm psyched for you!" Roomie2 "Ashley's gay, nick is gay, chris is gay, Did you really think I'd care?" I guess he does have a lot of gay friends lol
When I told an ex girlfriend (I dated to try and keep it a secret) I was gay she just looked at me and goes "THAT'S WHY YOU WOULDN'T KISS ME!" Then we went straight into talking about if I had a crush and it turned out we liked the same guy. XD
I recently came out to my best friend. After being a little shocked, he than jokingly asks me "So, are you a power bottom?" I love my friends.
I was at work and my phone had a picture of 2 guys kissing as my background. The person i was working with looked at my phone then she said.... Josh that picture is kind of gay...I said "Well Duh" then we kept working for a bit then all the sudden she bursts out and was like "OMG your GAY!" I was like "OMG your slow" Then she went on to ask me about my sex life LOL
Conversation via MSN with my friend: Me: ummm I need to talk to you tomorrow. She: What happen Me: Tomorrow, I promise She: Please now or at least a clue Me: If I give you a clue, ull know She: Common, now u gotta tell me. *pause like 5 min* She: OMG are you going to tell me u r bi? :O Me: Ummm yeah its exactly that She: hahahahaha no seriously what is it Me: THAT She: ¬¬ I was joking, tell me please Me: u.u Its exactly that, believe me... Tomorrow Ill tell you everything. She: Ok but I still dont believe you.
My friend Kyle: Wait so are you like a lesbian or bi or are you just one of those bitches that just say they like girls so guys will get turned on? Me: Ew I hate those sluts. Kyle: Yay you're not faking!
"Ohhhhh... so that's why you know how to change engine oil!" me: "Yeah, I'm actually a lesbian" guy friend: "Ohhh... haha, that's awkward." me: "Why do you say that?" guy: "Well, I was just going to ask you out..." Felt bad after that one lol... The next conversation happened after my little sister, 9 at the time, overheard me talking to one of my friends about me being gay me: Amy ((my little sister)), did you hear me and my friend talking? Amy: Yeah, I don't get why she called you a bean. me: ... a bean? Amy: Yeah, she said you were a less-bean.
