It would definitely help, but I would still look different than other guys and I think I would still have dysphoria.

Yes. I pass 100% of the time and have for many years (sometimes other queers know I'm trans, but nobody ever thinks I'm female) and I still experience dysphoria about the parts that transition can't fix.

That being said, social dysphoria was almost nearly non-existent for me from the get go. The feminist idea that a more gender liberated society would eradicate transness has always baffled me. Like, changing society would fix my penis how?

Exactly. Changing society isn't going to give me proper boobs or fix my vagina. I never understood that argument, even before I knew I was trans.

People say I pass but I still have dysphoria all the time. I think a lot of it is how you see yourself.

I might not feel dysphoria but I would still hate my boobs, they are uncomfortable, heavy annoying, ugly (yeah I hate them).

And my hips and butt, I hate them too.

I mostly had social dysphoria, but, assuming I didn't have hormones and surgery, I would still be uncomfortable.

The thing that bothered me THE MOST were periods. Sorry, but I couldn't live with that. It was one of the most urgent things for me to get rid off. Breasts, well, I wouldn't be able to swim, so...

    Also, voice and facial hair.

That's a good point. Dysphoria usually doesn't completely disappear after you start passing, so it makes sense most people would still feel dysphoeia if they were regognized as their preferred gender.
