Hey everyone, I haven’t been active since before my birthday last month and I owe so many people replies to PM’s and wall messages but the point of this post is to explain why I have been inactive. I have been struggling with my physical health a lot and am waiting to see a specialist in hypermobility (again!) for a reassessment of my diagnosis of hypermobility spectrum disorder which causes all sorts of nasty symptoms (not just bendiness) and have been told I most likely meet the criteria for Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome now and need to be assessed for PoTS after several attacks of symptoms of this condition (very common alongside HSD/EDS) so I am not feeling great at all physically and this is affecting my mental health quite badly (I do suffer with bad mental health issues normally). On the plus side me and my fiancée have settled into our new flat nicely and have been up to a lot. I hope everyone is well and I hope to be active again very soon because I miss EC! Hey Loz, great to hear from you. I'm sorry that you haven't been feeling well - I won't pretend to understand what you've just described, but I know from my own experience how physical health can impact on mental health.
