I want to come out to my mum, but I can't coz I know it will hurt her. That means she will NEVER know I'm gay, in her lifetime.. which is pretty wierd.
Someone told me that I didn't know what it was like to have (and I quote) "my people" die in the holocaust. First of all, I am of Jewish decent. The only reason I am not Jewish is because my great grandmother came over before Hitler came into power, then when we discovered what he was doing to the Jewish people, she and my entire family converted to Christianity. Secondly, gay people were put in concentration camps too.
Jews, Slavs, the Romani people (Gypsies), the disabled, mentally ill, homosexuals, "politically left", freemasons, and Jehovah's Witnesses were all victims. The Jews were obviously the biggest in the causalities. 6 million of the 11 million killed. Out of the 5 million others, homosexuals (this includes accused ones) were the largest percentage or so I have heard.
I think only around 15,000 gays actually died in the holocaust. Horrible, of course, but one of the smaller percentages. Soviets POVS were second with two million killed, but yeah, homosexuals weren't the worst.

This is the first Halloween that I'm so depressed that I don't even care that it's Halloween aka the best holiday ever.
Wheeeeeeee, Halloween! Tonight I'm going to watch horror movies and trick-or-treat with two of my best friends. All while dressed up as this guy: It shall be fun. :3
