I used the men's room again, only this time there were a shitload of dudes in there. Last time it was an empty QuikTrip bathroom and I only washed my hands so not really a big deal. Last night my fiancee and her mom and I saw a show and I used the men's room during intermission, so I waited in line with a shit load of dudes for like 10 minutes as well as using a bathroom full of dudes. I probably would've chickened out if I hadn't been somewhat intoxicated, especially since I had to piss bad and figured the ladies room would have a longer line. I gotta tell you, besides my anxiety it was awesome. No one looked at me or tried to talk to me. (Or anyone else) and it was in and out. Just like how I've always thought bathroom experiences should be. It was my dream bathroom lol. Though it did smell quite strongly in there and I can almost guarantee you the ladies room was nicer. I could totally see over the stalls and clearly eveyone that used them were standing up, and one dude didn't even close the door.
Typical. I HATE when guys do that. Close the door. That's pretty much how it is though, in and out, though I do see some guys stop and fix hair. And a couple times I've seen people try and get things out of their teeth. lol. And no, the ladies room was probably not nicer, working retail(and therefore having to clean both) has taught me that 9 times out of 10 the ladies room is twice as bad. No matter how bad the men's room is...
No closing the door didn't bother me, I mean he was doing the same thing as those at the urinal right in the open, but I found it interesting. I don't mean to say the ladies room was probably cleaner. The men's room was pretty much spotless. Just that it was the most bare, utilitarian poorly lit restroom I've ever been in at a nice venue. It was almost bizarre. But yeah I agree, women's bathrooms get nasty. (I work in food and have also seen plenty of both)
You're right, they really aren't doing anything different it's just, like you said, bizarre. Guys do a lot of odd things in general, though maybe that's because I never really was a guy, and always thought more like a female....also I have noticed a lot of men's rooms are like that. It is very odd.
Ladies and gents and non binaries... both biological sexes have gross bathrooms. Plain and simple. ---------- Post added 13th Feb 2017 at 01:56 PM ---------- Probably in your head. 3 months it will probably be in your skin for real. Give it time.
I came out to one of my friends the other day as gender fluid, the first thing he said to me was "which pronouns do you want?" couldn't have asked for a better friend!
I paaaassed! And had a week with no dysphoria at all. And I met a lot of random people. It looks like I'm beginning to do it right maybe ---------- Post added 14th Feb 2017 at 02:40 AM ---------- But I have to say it's though, it all. It's a struggle to reach your desired gender presentation, at least it's a stuggle for me, because I had a long way to go. I used to be super feminine in all ways possible. Happy Valentines!
Endo upped my dose to twice what I started with now. Think my breast growth is evening out now on both sides and my face is slowly changing a little bit I think.
Getting my fiancee's oil changed. I wasn't expecting to have to give a name for some reason so I panicked and gave my fiancee's name. Sitting with three other dudes waiting to get called and the receptionist is calling everyone up just saying "sir" and I'm nervous she's going to call me ma'am especially since I gave them a name that is 90% of the time female. But I got sir as well. Wonder if she didn't notice the name or I really looked dudely enough she thought I just had wacky parents and I probably got hell in school for having a girl's name.
Been a year on the NHS waiting list for the GIC and been finding life too difficult lately so contacted a private clinic and was given a cancellation appointment for March! So damn thankful. I might be on T by May! It's been 3.5 years since I started questioning and by this point I'm happy to pay the £500.
Bad news: The barber I went to cut my hair (the remains) badly. But I got victories out of it: 1.) 17 inches of hair successfully donated to locks of love. 2.) I was able to play around with my hair and the blow dryer for a bit and it is easy to maintain the bad hair cut.. so far. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
I'm calmer than I've been in months. And my hair got a bit longer, to the point I can feel the length difference.
Thank you. I am getting a bit more used to how I could style it. I feel it will be fn to be able to do fun and different things with it now. I always just let it hang down and do it's own thing when it was long. Hahah I see it too. If I could learn to spike it, it could possibly look like vegetas. I've been looking up hair tutorials on youtube xD That's great! It will only continue to get longer too. Got any certain hair goals?
